Replacement of parts of 100 KVA voltage stabilizer installed at Tube Muthi Right. Dragging out the stabilizer from pump room by deploying skilled labour and with the help of heavy tools and tackles at site. Shifting of voltage stabilizer to workshop by deploying truck and skilled labour. The job includes handling and shifting charges from pumping station to workshop. Dismantling of voltage stabilizer by lifting the core assembly with the help of chain pulley block. Removal of transformer oil from the tank and storing it properly in barrels. Cleaning of the oil tank using chemicals to remove carbon deposits. Extracting out of damaged main coil 3 nos. after dismantling all electrical connections. Providing and fitting of 3 no. coil out of superior quality wire and insulated material as per original specification. Cleaning and re-fixing to the core after proper insulation. Reassembling the stabilizer assembly. P/F of 1 no. 250 Amp MCCB, voltmeters – 2 no’s and Amp meter -1 no. and making connection with the coil. Repair to the internal control wiring. Providing and filling of 170 Ltrs. Fresh transformer oil. Fixing of core assembly into the oil tank and shifting of stabilizer from workshop to pumping station by deploying crane, truck and skilled labour and dragging into the pump room. Making necessary electrical connections and testing it on full load conditions. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.
