Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 12000 GPH x 115 meter head HC pump set (slow speed) coupled with suitable rating prime mover (in compliance with the technical conditions) and allied works. The job involves laying of M-20 grade RCC foundation block for each pump of size 6’x3’x4’ (or as per pump-motor base frame dimensions)by using TMT steel bar of 10mm dia for steel mesh. The foundation block as per size of pump set should have additional margin of 6” on all sides. Providing, fabrication and laying of 150mm dia MS suction pipe line to the pump set of length as per site conditions and upto maximum of approximately 6 meters each including 150mm dia. MS bends, MS flanges, MS expanders/reducers pipe extension pieces, 150mm dia Cast Iron sluice valve-1no (PN rating 1.0) and / or foot valve-1no., gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers as per site requirement. Providing, fabrication and laying of delivery pipe line of 100mm dia as per site conditions and upto maximum of approximately 6 meters along with providing and fitting of MS pipe, bends, MS expanders / reducers, MS flanges, cast steel NRV 100mm and cast steel sluice valve 100mm dia (class150 ) along with providing and fitting of nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, flanges etc. Job includes providing and fabrication of bypass arrangement across in and outside of NRV. Job includes providing / fitting and laying of single core multi-strand copper cable 35mm2 from motor to panel in six leads approximately 36 meters, then p/f and laying 50mm2 copper cable approximately 30 meters in length single core multi-strand up to MCCB-bus bars conforming to ISI standards with proper thimbling and insulation material. Job covers providing and fitting of 250 ampere MCCB of 50KA breaking strength. Proper earthing of equipment should be done. Complete Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools, tackles and material handling equipment etc.

Making connection of Sump outlet pipe with suction lines through 200 mm dia MS pipe manifold. Making connection of delivery lines with rising main through 150 mm dia MS pipe manifold.Job includes providing and fitting of bus bar arrangement complete with frame and insulation work on the wall of the pump room. Job includes providing, laying and fixing of insulation rubber mats around electro mechanical machinery on the floor of the pump house Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools, tackles, and material handling equipment etc.

Providing, carriage, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 phase, 100 KVA voltage stabilizer copper wound, first quality CRGO silicon steel core, naturally- oil cooled, manually operated, 14 gauge container chamber along with allied works Job includes providing of 100 KVA voltage stabilizer complete with mineral insulating oil, MCCB, change over switch complete with safety and protection devices etc. Job includes providing and fitting of 3.5 core armoured Al. cable of 150mm2 from electric pole to main switch 250A approximately 50 meters length and further providing and fitting of 50mm2 copper cable single core multi-strand from main switch upto voltage stabilizer to bus bar complete with insulation and thimbling as per site requirement .The voltage stabilizer should have suitable number of upward and down ward steps (as per the specified voltage range) from the line voltage i.e. it should work from 180V to 400+5%. Proper earthing of the equipment shall be done.
