M&L 450x300x7/ 300x600x7 mm mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical sufaces such as skirting or dado Set and jointed using chemical adhesive for vertical surfaces & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including 10mm backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L Green Marble work 14 to 16mm thick (table moulded and mirror polished), area of each slab not less than 0.72 Sqm in Floors, Cooking platforms, Window cills, Top of pillars trads of steps etc including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including pointing in cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. Green marble for Window cills, top of pillars and treads of steps should be single peace upto 1.2m length of rquired width. 2. White marble border for green marble flooring of required size shall be provided and it would be measured and paid as in flooring area of above item.

M&L for Green marble work 14 to 16 mm thick table moulded and mirror polished) in skirting on verticle surfaces as jambs of door/windows, jambs of Pillars, riser of steps etc including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortor 1:4 including pointing in cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Green marble for window jambs, pillar jambs, Riser of steps would be single piece upto 1.2m length of required width.

M& L for full body vitrified tiles of size 200mm/300mm/600mm x 1200mm x 8-10 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in Dado/Risers of steps over 20mm of screed bed in CM 1:4 including coping at edges in PCC Type B1 (1:2:4) over 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Shear Connectors by drilling 12mm dia holes up to a depth of 75mm maximum and fixing 8mm dia L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors at every 300mm c/c on the surfaces of the columns/beams or any other structural member as the case may be. Clean the same using air or blower and make sure that there are no fine particles present in the hole and filled the holes with one or two component styrene free vinylester resin anchor or two components, styrene & cement free epoxy- acrylate fixing and anchoring compound. At this stage push the shear connector gently in to the hole and finish the excess resin which comes out of the hole and allow the shear connectors not to be disturbed for Minimum 20 minutes.
