16mm (1/6") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curring with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old grading concrete from roof slab,cleaning the surface,lowering and removing the debris etc.witin 50mt. lead from working area etc. all taxes and royalties etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

4.0 cm thick grading concrete with C.C.(1:2:4) on roof slab using 6 mm size h.g.chips with watering curing cost carriage of all materials labourT&P etc.complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminium anodised T Section No 3215 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0"x2'0" with prelaminated particle board suspended from ceilling etc complete. As per direction Engineer In-charge.

Providing, fitting & fixing of premoulded decorative corner beading of Model No. C- 443 of GYPSUM INDIA LTD. having cross section demension 112 X 80MM & fixing the same by providing PVC plug, screw, cornice adhesive, fevicol etc. complete in all respect. As per direction Engineer In-charge.

Providing fitting, fixing of Al. door with anodized Al door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top, 9200 as bottom and middle with frame section as 9221 with tapered clip No. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No. 1855 including all cost of labour, T & P hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc complete as per direction Engineer in-charge.Data for3'-6"x 6'-8" = 23.31 Sft or 2.16 Sqm =27.13 Kg.

Providing fitting, fixing up window ( sliding type) made up aluminium Section 9778 as windows frame , section No 4095 , 4096 and 9777,3904 as shutter frame with 5 mm thick black Glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including cost of materilals T&P T & P hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc complete as per direction Engineer in-charge.Data for 4'-0" x 4'-0" = 16 Sft or 1.49Sqm =7.28 Kg.

Providing fitting, fixing 5mm thick Black Glass including cost of materials T&P etc. complete etc complete. As per direction Engineer In-charge.

Providing fitting, fixing Prelaminated particle board including cost of materials T&P etc. complete. complete etc complete. As per direction Engineer In-charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Grill Gate and collapsible gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls in proper position including making holes in walls R.C.C. structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or R.C.C. structures including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with R.C.C. (1:2:4) with hard black broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm (1/2" to 3/4") (20mm not to exceed 25%) with cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, taxes and royalties with all T&P etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved shade on wall surface including cost of weather coat and all materials labour T & P etc complete.in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats on iron work over a coat a primer including cost,lead etc.of all materilas etc complete.in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
