Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HDPE DWC Pipe outer dia 90/76 mm. for protection and covering the XLPE cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying of cables, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm , complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of Locally available river sand filling in trenches below and above / around UG cable for cable protection, in duct under and above the cables including punning around cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note - Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast PCC cable Cover ISI marked, class LV, type-1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for covering cables laid dry flat as cable protection on sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 30 KVA including suitable size of PCC plinth, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected with 32x6mm size GI strip as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Earth pit chamber and RCC pit cover shall be painted with two coats of red synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including preparing of surfaces.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Panel board suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system outdoor type floor mounted along with factory made type panel weather proof, vermin proof, fully ventilated and fabricated (CPRI APPROVED) out of MS CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick with ingress protection of IP-54 grade having copper bus bar of rating 400 Amps, three phase and one neutral fixed on insulator and bus bar insulated by coloured heat shrinkable sleeves. The panel shall be front openable and having inner & outer shells. The inner shell dully compartmented for each control gear, including powder coating internally and externally the entire steel surfaces. All the cover shall be provided with suitable locking arrangements. The size of the outer shell should not be less than 1200mm x 1200mm x 450mm, mounted on angle iron stand made out of angle size 50 x 50 x 6mm grouted in PCC foundation in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), including accomodating the following control gears and accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of electrically driven pump set, CI casing, horizantal multistaging, Discharge 300 LPM at 150 Mtr head, Squirrel cage air cooled induction motor AC 415 Volts, 3 Phase 50 Hz, RPM 2935, mounted on common base plate with necessary PCC foundation as per manufactures design, bolts and nuts including connection with existing delivery pipe including dismantling the exisiting pump set with base plate and refixing the delivery pipe along with new pump set complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, lay and fixing steel water tubes, medium grade, ISI marked, galvanized with all fitting laid in trenches, to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed for following bore of pipes :-

M & L for lagging for 25mm bore pipe used in external water supply or plumbing all round with 25 mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed 'SNAPON' pipe sections of density 144 kg/cum conforming to IS 9842, provided with chicken mesh netting 25 gauge 20 mm mesh binding wire and reinforcement with plaster of paris, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Rotational moulded polye thylene water storage tank of capacity 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F manually operated oil immersed star delta motor starter 30HP, three phase with heavy duty, double contact strip wound overload coil and cable entry box complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay submersible copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated flexible 16sqmm, PVC sheathed with multistranded copper conductor cutting to required length connecting with necessary end ferrules/luxs/water proof joints of following size including removing the existing unserviceable old cable any size/type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for electrinic timer switch ST 100, 240/360/415 volts, Range 3 to 30 sec with mounting kit suitable for old unserviceable ET 100 replacement one, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F gun metal gate valve, ISI embossed, conforming to is 781-1984, connected with iron wheel head, screwed at both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-
