12mm cement plaster 1:3 ( 1cement:3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cememnt mix 1:3 ((1cement : 3 fine sand)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches sides of foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering lead up to 50 mtr and lift up to 1.5 m.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.2 In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Boring/drilling bore well of required data for casing/stainer pipe by suitable method prescribed in IS:2800(part-I) including collecting sample from different strata,preparing and submitting strata chart/bore log, including hire & running charge of all equipments, tools,plants & machines required for the job , all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge up to 90 meter depth below ground level. All types of soil. 300 mm dia.
