Supply, laying, jointing and testing 100mm dia Ductile iron pipe laid in trenches, with spigot and socket ends suitable for push on rubber joint centrifugally cast class "K7" conforming to IS-8329-2000, inner side cement mortar lining with portland cement and outer side Metallic Zinc coating with a finishing layer of Black bitumen coating on external surfaces and including push on rubber gasket (EPDM) ring as per IS:5382 & all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 80-150mm dia Ductile iron fittings of Class "K-12" suitable for push on jointing as per IS:9523/2000 with inside cement mortar lining and outside Zinc coating with finishing layer of black bitumen, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing, 50mm outer dia 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copo-lymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & PN16 stablised and antimi-crobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing, 25mm outer dia 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copo-lymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & PN16 stablised and antimi-crobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 25 mm outer dia, PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends, ISI marked fixed to PP-R pipes as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100mm bore, cast iron sluice valve, non-rising stem type, both end flanged, class PN 1.6 conforming to IS -14846-2000 with iron wheel head and brass spindle including necessary jointing materials like nuts, bolt, washer & rubber/fiber board gasket complete all as specified and directed

S & F 100 mm bore, Cast iron Non-return (reflux) valve, flange type with by-pass arrangement suitable for 100 mm dia water mains conforming to IS-5312 Part-I class PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed.
