OT 53 center feed pipe

Charges for dismantling of centre feed pipe and lower down to the ground level by using fabricating the lifting hooks, reconditioning of OD-610 mm S.S. centre feed pipe works such as, marking, cutting the 500 mm length at bottom side of top centre feed pipe, cutting the 500 mm length at top side of bottom centre feed pipe, cutting & welding the new 500 mm length S.S.304 pipe top & bottom side by 3 runs of welding, chamfering the mouth end etc… including cost of S.S.304 pipe of size OD-610 mm, ID-590 mm, Thick-10 mm x 1000 mm length & charges for cutting the existing worn out centre feed pipe top flange, grinding & chamfering the cutting surface, fixing and welding the new S.S.304 flange of size OD-810 mm, ID-612 mm, PCD-740 mm, Thick-20 mm, Hole dia.27 mm & No. of holes – 20 Nos. including the cost of S.S.304 flange of OD-810 mm and re assembling the centre feed pipe after reconditioning including cost of providing necessary scaffolding arrangements at 15 Mtr elevation from ground level.

"Charges for dismantling of Feeder discharge gate @15mtr height, lowering to ground floor, complete overhauling of gate internals and its actuator, reconditioning/replacement of Feeder discharge gate worn out parts and bearings etc…. if necessary, Reassembling the gate with actuator, lifted from 0’mtr to 15’mtr elevation, refixing the gate and finally checking the smooth operation including cost of MS Plate, HT Bolt & Nuts, consumables, T&P's etc., (Bearings will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost)."

Charges for dismantling of Feeder discharge gate @15 mtr height, lowering to ground floor, leading, lifting and refixing the already reconditioning the Feeder discharge gate/ new gate from 0 mtr to 15 mtr elevation including cost of transporting charges from central stores to work site for new/ reconditioned gate, bolt & nuts, Consumables, T&Ps etc. (Required qty. of new Feeder discharge gate will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost) .

Charges for dismantling of Feeder discharge chute @16mtr height, lowering to ground floor, reconditioning the Feeder discharge chute, leading, lifting and refixing the reconditioned chute from 0 mtr to 16 mtr elevation including cost of S.S.316 L Plate, M.S. Plate, Flange, Bolt & Nuts, consumables, T&P's etc.,

Charges for dismantling of Feeder discharge chute @16mtr height, lowering to ground floor, leading, lifting and refixing the already reconditioned chute / New chute from 0 mtr to 16 mtr elevation including cost of transporting charges from central stores to work site for new / Reconditioned chute, Bolt & Nuts, consumables, T&P's etc.,(Required qty. of reconditioned / New chute will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost)

Charges for dismantling of Bunker discharge gate @18’mtr height, lowering to overhauling of gate internals and its actuator, reconditioning / replacement of Bunker discharge gate worn out parts and bearings etc…. if necessary, Reassembling the gate with actuator, lifted from feeder floor to 18’mtr elevation, refixing the gate and finally checking the smooth operation including cost of MS Plate, H.T Bolt & Nuts, consumables, T&P's etc.,(Bearings will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost).

Charges for dismantling of Bunker discharge Gate @18 mtr height, lowering to ground floor, leading, lifting and refixing the already reconditioning the Bunker discharge Gate/ new gate from 0 mtr to 18 mtr elevation including cost of transporting charges from central stores to work site for new/ reconditioned gate, bolt & nuts, Consumables, T&Ps etc. 8.(Required qty. of new Bunker discharge Gate will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost) .

Charges for renewal / replacing of Dresser coupling assembly after fixing of centre feed pipe top & bottom side, aligning the top and bottom pipe, tightening the dresser coupling both flange tie rods after fixing the dresser coupling gasket and finally checking the without coal powder leak from dresser coupling while mill is in service etc… (Required qty. of new Dresser coupling gasket will be supplied by TNPGCL).
