2 cm thick Damp Proof Course with Cement and approved coarse sand 1:2 with and including water proofing as ordered by the 4 Engineer in charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work and including proper curing & shutterings as necessary. Item no.360

12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of1.25 fineness modules in (1:4) over brick work minimum thickness not to be less 5 than 1 cm including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. Finishing wall with weather coat of approved make and quality on old surface with two or more coat to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other Z foreign matters and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work SOR 2022 ITEMN. 15.24 NEW ITEM
