SPECIAL REPAIR TO RESURFACING OF ROAD SIDE DRAINS AT DEMO COY AND DSC COY AT OTA GAYA

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and applying tack coat of paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and putting in bituminous premixed carpet 2cm consolidated thickness with 0.27cum of stone chippings mixed with 14.6Kg of paving bitumen well rammed (including supply of premix and binder) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleared surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on unsurfaced water bound macadam complete all as specified & as directed

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thick) with Paving bitumen 4.00% of any penetration complete.

M & L for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed By Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2, PCC (1:3:6) (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/hardstanding as directed by Engr -in -charge

M & L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured rubber moulded any shape any size with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete.

Demolition of stone /brick masonary in CM or cement / lime mortar including all quins ,arches pillers etc.

Material and labour for painting centre line arrow dashes letters etc not exc 10 cm wide on roads pavement with retro reflective thermoplastic roads marking paint not less than 2mm thick of approved make applied with machine as per manufacturers instruction including preparation of surfaces complete all as directed.
