Excavation in trenches not exec 1.5 mtr wide and n. exec 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation and laying of pipe etc and getting out in soft/loose soil all specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

M & L for sand cushioning in trenches for cables all as specified on both top and bottom of cable including ramming all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class B bricks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches steel water tubing medium grade GI with all fittings such as elbow, tee, union, short pieces etc of size 50mm dia bore including cutting, threading and testing all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in floor, wall or in ceiling steel water tubing medium grade GI with all fittings such as elbow, tee, union, short pieces etc of size 50mm dia bore including cutting, threading and testing all as specified and as directed.

Drilling trial bore of 150 mm dia upto 90 meter depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder all as specified and as directed.

Drilling trial bore of 150 mm dia exceeding 90 meter depth below ground level and upto 120 RM in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder etc all as specified and as directed.

Drilling trial bore of 150 mm dia exceeding 120 meter depth below ground level and upto 150 RM in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder etc.

Note for item Nos 8, 9 & 10 :- Soil strata to be stored in glass tube duly sealed and duly marked depth all as specified and as directed.

Development of bore well with compressed air by means of air compressor of suitable capacity not lees than 1000 PSI minimum duration as speified to make available water free of turbidity complete all as specified and directed for drinking urpose.

Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield for both rainy and summer season complete all as specified and directed

S&F for MS well cap, with nut, bolts & MS clamps complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, install, commissioning and testing Submersible Pump Set 3 HP(2.2KW) capacity with sufficeint staging as per the yield test report 3 phase, 415 Volts 50 Hz for Head 70Mtrs of reqd discharge 2900 RPM and Delivery size 32mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed . .

High density poly ethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 of 50 mm outer dia, lowered in bore well with necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed ..

Supply and fix MS ERW Pipe Steel including specials, nominal dia 150 mm as per IS 3589, B class for casing pipe.6mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for costruction of valve pit chamber of size 600mm x 600 mm x 600 mm (internal size) with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover and angle iron 40x40 x6 mm thick frame embedded in 15 cm thick PCC coping with locking arrangement with two coats of synthetic enamel with internal external surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceding 50 mtr returning filling in PCC 1:4:8 type C2 75 mm thick as in foundation/floor brick work in cement mortars (1:4) PCC 1:2:4 type C1 in copping, Plastering in cm 1:4 and 75 mm thick hard core below foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying and testing submersible cable, flat, PVC insulated (heavy duty) with copper conductor,1100 volts grade of size 3 core 4 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level ) connected to galvanized earth lead strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia light grade GI tubing for protection of earth lead, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20 mm dia, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made of 10 mm dia round bar including galvanised strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm for extension of earth lead and necessary excavation, earth work, in soft/loose soil and disposal of soils to a distance not exec 50 mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables(heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 4 core 10 sq mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply , install, testing and commissioning of LT Feeder pillar Box of size n0.5x0.5x0.30 mtr, outdoor with slopping canopy at top manufactuered by CPRI apporoved factory, self supporting structure and comparmentalized type, dust & weather proof , protection IP-52, front operated door with necessary locking arrangement made of 50x50x6mm, with four legs grouted to PCC(1:2:4) type B1 MS Angle iron frame work and sheet 3.15mm thick anti corrossive zinc based primer paint and finallypowder coating the panel, after seven tank treatment process both internally and externally. The panel shall be suitble for 415Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with suitable capacity 63 Amp aluminium busbar(1.5 times the incomming switch gear currewnt ratting ) wqith suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor, thimbles glands and complete wiring arrangement suitable to equipped complete with earthing terminals including the following:-
