Material & Labour for gas charging by vacuumising complete system of Central type AC plant of capacity 110 TR x3 with double stage vaccum pump of (-) 2 Kg/sqcm vaccum pressure after repairs to compressor or Repair in Refrigeration System, Charging the Dry nitrogen gas & hold up to 24 hrs and rectifing the leakage, if any, by bracing/welding/ replacing the "O" ring & Gland packing of service valve including topping up the compressor oil and charging the Gas upto desired pressure all as specified , instructed & directed. Note :- i) Once the Gas is charged in it, it should hold in the system for minimum six months. If any gas leaked from the system the contractor has to charge the gas upto required level at free of cost and No extra cost on this account shall be claimed. ii) Compressor oil and Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only. iii) Labour charge for replacement of compressor oil and refrigerant gas is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. iv) Leakage test on each complete unit shall be measured separately.

Material & Labour for descaling the condenser coil of Central type AC plant capacity 110 TR by circulating descaling chemical through cooling tower re-circulating pump set up to 2 to 3 hours and opening the end cover of condenser and manually cleaning the inner tubes with nylon brush until complete scale gets removed and flushed out with fresh water, reconnecting the condenser end cover by replacing rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and including cleaning of cooling tower, make up water tank etc... as required including commissioning in all respect complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Sl item No. 2 here-in-before above but for Chiller of Central AC plant of capacity 110 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for dismantling unserviceable Butterfly valves any type, 200 mm dia, including supply and fixing new Butterfly valve 200 mm dia , alongwith replacement of bolts , nuts , washers and rubber gaskets etc... complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Sl item No. 4 above but for 200 mm dia MS pipe all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and repairs to compressor of Central type AC plant capacity 110TR including fault finding and rectification of microprocessor based control panel including its calibration, replacing defective parts as required to keep the compressor operational, checking and testing for satisfactory operation complete all as specified and directed. Note :- i) Repair/ servicing work to be carried out only by service person of OEM or his authorised agency. ii) Contractor must submit service report from OEM/his authorised service agency after carying out repairs by them.

Taking down the unserviceable centrifugal motor and dismantling including taking out damaged/burnt out winding from motor, cleaning the slots with CTC and rewinding the same with new super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and turns, oiling and greasing assembling and installing back into position for making motor fully functional and testing for satisfactory running complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities:-

Material and labour for taking down the burnout / defective scroll type compressor from 12.5TR unit and replace the factory made compressor including re-fixing and charging with dry Nitrogen gas, leakage/pressure testing, arresting the leakage by brazing and vacumming, gas charging, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Leak test , Vacuuming & Refrigerant gas shall be measured separately under relavant items.

Dismantling and taking down the defective reciprocating open type compressor from the central type AC plant 45TR Capacity of Make: Voltas, Model No. 5H60 by disconnecting suction and discharge valves after pumping down the system and other controls, dismantling the compressor for overhauling, servicing, cleaning all the internal parts and check for damage / wear and tear of any part and replace if required/ accessories as listed in Schedule 'A', re-assembling the compressor in all respect, re-fixing and reconnecting all disconnected lines including pressure testing as per the OEM recommendation / specification, conducting vacuum test, checking for leakage, arrest if any & commissioning for proper function of all instruments like pressure gauge, pressure switches, solenoid valve, expansion valve etc., replace if required, complete as specified and as directed.

Note for Sl Item No 40 here-in-before:- (i) Unserviceable parts / accessories required to be replaced will be measured and paid for under relevant items. (ii) Unserviceable parts / accessories listed in schedule 'A' will be replaced only after the approval of Engineer-in-charge. (iii) Labour charges for removing unserviceable parts / accessories and replacement with new one shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iv) Any minor spares / parts /accessories not covered in the Schedule 'A' but required for completion of job shall be provided by the contractor and the rate quoted shall be deemed to have been inclusive of such items. (v) Leak test, gas & oil charging shall be measured under relevant items. (vi) Renewal of control wiring in the system/panel with suitable size copper cable as per site requirement is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
