REPAIR TO STATIC WATER TANKS, DRAINS, CULVERTS, CONNECTED B/R WORKS AND CLEANING AND REPAIR OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK AND MANHOLES IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STAITON SURATGARH

BOQ (REPAIR TO STATIC WATER TANKS, DRAINS, CULVERTS, CONNECTED B/R WORKS AND CLEANING AND REPAIR OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK AND MANHOLES IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STAITON SURATGARH)

M & L for cleaning of all blockages of Nahni traps/floor traps/bottle traps, blockages of WC's, 100 mm dia CI pipe upto 1st manhole/GT in shafts, vertical CI soil/waste pipe stacks, CI Tee/door bends, grease trap etc to maintain intemd sewage system by employing Safaiwala from 0900 hours to 1700 hours with permissible lunch break at Technical area on daily basis with manual/pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary mechanical equipments all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Supervisors should receive everyday complaint through MES Complaint register for technical area (ii) Penalty @ Rs 500/- per complaint shall be recovered from Contractor in case not attending to each complaint during same working day. (iii) Rate included for all necessary T&P for Mechanical cleaning / manual cleaning shall be provided by Contractor. (iv) The Disposal of mud/silt, sludge & other debris retreived from cleaning time should remove outside of MOD premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (v) If necessitated by JE/Engr-in-Charge/ GE, contractor will provide to attend the complaints as required on Sunday/ holidays.

Cleaning of manholes upto 1.5 metre depth through Mechanical Appliances and removal of sludge/silt etc outside MOD land including testing of manholes by filling with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 2 here in before but depth of manholes exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3 mtr

De-watering/De-sluding of septic tanks/soakage wells and sewage line/flood sump/Drain by Mechanically by HCV Mounted Suction Discharge Machine having Blow Back Facility with Sludge Tank disposal out side the MoD land, septic tanks/soakage wells of any size/depth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

(a) Cleaning/Removal of sewage blockage in the existing line and removing of non-degradable chocking material including cleaning main sewer lines of dia not less than 150 mm of depth exc 1 m and not exc 3.0 m by using mechanical means incl plugging/cleaning and dewatering of connection manholes incl removal and disposal of sludge/silt/non degradable material/waste water etc out of MOD land at any distance and with no additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge Note: (i) Manual cleaning operation is prohibited.

S&F PVC (SWR) 'P' trap 110 mm bore . Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel & drain complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, manholes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out. Complete all as specified and directed.
