Material and labour river bed sand for Sand cushioning for cables 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable and punned to 18cm complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purposes.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base and foundations filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base and foundations filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate)as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps;seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commisioning in trenches of XLPE Insulated galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cables(heavy duty)1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commisioning in trenches of XLPE Insulated galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cables(heavy duty)1100 volts grade withstranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth electrode plate 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly and vertically in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal grond level and connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanised iron 40 mm bore medium grade pipe with all fittings from the earth electrode fixed along pole with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade from top of the earth electrode to bottom of the earth pit including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of soil upto 50 metre, Plain Cement Concrete pit with pre-cast RCC cover with handle, charcoal/salt, funnel , CI frame etc complete all as directed. (iv) Plate electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust & salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

(iii) Material and labour for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (up to planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropreate colour in alternate layer up to the hight of 1.5 mtr above plinth block.

(d) Material and labour for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (up to planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropreate colour in alternate layer up to the hight of 1.5 mtr above plinth block.

Supply and fix junction box [FRP] of size 250x200x100mm complete with 100 Amp aluminium bus bar, 4 way, fixed on SMC insulator alongwith 01 No MCB SP 06 amps capacity with necessary fixing arrangements by providing MS clamps 2 nos made out of MS flat 25 x 5mm including nut bolts two coats aluminimum painting over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fix perimeter lights bracket complete with 1.2m long GI pipe 40 mm dia medium grade, 60 degree bend,with necessary fixing arrangements by providing MS clamps 2 nos made out of MS flat 25 x 5mm including nut bolts two coats aluminimum painting over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.
