Steel supplied by the contractor. Using TMT bars of specified grades of all sizes. Providing and constructing Brickwork in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand with Flyash/ Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg/ sq.cm strength of approved make and size in super structure up to and including Floor II Level including, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, cleaning complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying (IPS Flooring) cement concrete flooring 1:2:4, using crushed sand 50 mm thick finished smooth to the required level, finishing with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, providing and fixing 25 X 3 mm aluminium strip, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete as per specifications and drawings as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing and Fixing 3.00 mm thick Homogeneous PVC sheet / tile in flooring and skirting of aproved make in approved pattern on a smooth and damp prrof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufatrer like Dunlop-S -758, Fevicol SR 998, PolyGrip SP or equivalent including levelling small undulations with plasterof paris if required, rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge in approved colour and shade

Providing and fixing minimum 15-17 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished granite (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut ZEBRA BLACK colour granite for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing the edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Anodised Aluminium sections (Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with PVC / Neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) With clear float glass panes of 6.00 mm thickness

Providing and fixing "LUXALON" lay in false ceiling 600 x 600 mm perforated corrosion resistant Aluminium magnesium alloy metal panel fixed in 24 mm 'T' frame work of module 600 x 600 mm. Panels shall be manufactured by Hunders Douglas of size 575 mm x 575 mm with perforation of 1.50 mm dia in a 3 diagonal square pattern giving 22% perforated area of approved colour in 0.70 mm thick Aluminium alloy 3105 with square edges Tiles to be stove enamelled on a continuous application for pre-treatment. The coils to be go through 4 stages of pre treatment three times of oven baked through conversion coating, priming and finish coat ensuring superior adhesion, high corrosion resistance and good colour stability.The coils to be painted on both sides after degreasing. inside surface to have a primer of 5 microns and a coat of natural colour of 5 microns, exposed surface to have a primer of 5 microns, binder of 5 microns and a top coat of approved colour 15 microns. Grid system for fixing ceiling tiles shall comprise of tees. The 24mm main tee runers shall be suspended at an interval of 1200mm centre to centre. The 24nn cross tee runner shall be suspended at an interval of 600mm centre to centre and further supported with 24mm cross tee with inter locking arrangements to form a Grid of 600mm x 600m. The main tee shall be supported by means of 4mm G.I.rod from slab / roof. The suspension shall be provided at 1200 to 1500mm centre to centre.provision for lights, diffusers etc. to be made including extra supports wherever necessary. A non-woven felt made of glass reinforced fibre glued oner the perforation for sound absorbtion Measurements shall be as per actual area of false ceiling with out deductions for lights and diffusers.Inner linear sheet of 0.50 mm nominal TCT of physical material properties as specified.

Providing, supplying and fixing hollow metal flush steel doors 40 mm thick of approved make consisting of door frame and shutters and all hardware fittings, frame made out of 14g thick G.I sheets and shutters made of 16g thick sheets, hollow portion filled with puff, including necessary stiffners in shutters and frame, vision panel of specified size with 4 mm glass and clip on pressed steel frame for vision panels, fixing 4 nos heavy duty stainless steel 304 grade ball bearing hinges, mortise / dead lock of approved make, a pair of 200 mm long stainless steel handles, 250 mm long stainless steel tower bolt, etc. frame hollow portion filled with PCC 1:2:4, necessary hold fast embedded in concrete, fixing in concrete with anchor fastners. finished with Polyurethane painting of approved colour complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials produced by SAIL / RINL (Vizag Steel) / TATA. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials

Supplying, fabricating, testing, transporting, handling and erecting at required positions and levels metal roofing and canopy roofing including flashings and insulation etc. as per approved drawings and design complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all consumables comprising of the following: Double skin insulated standing seam roofing system comprising of 0.50 mm thick colour coated / bare Al-Zinc Alloy coated steel 0.50 mm with overall width of 400 to 500mm by seaming for 100% water tightness on outer face and 0.50 mm thick inner linear sheet with galvalume sheet profile and physical material properties as specified. These sheets shall be fixed on specially reinforced polyamide or acetylyte anti friction di electric brackets at every location for permitting unhindered, free sheet movement at all required locations. The profile shall have a special in built drainage joint at side laps to make it fully watertight even in fully submerged condition. It shall have overall depth of 100 mm from horizontal after fixing . The side laps shall be of interlocking type without requirement of any mechanical seamer. Insulation: This shall be comprising of two layers of rockwool insulation each of 50 mm thick with density of 48 kg / Cu. M. Sub Grit (Top Hat) 1.5 mm thick Glavanised steel hat section fixed to main purlins, above first layer of insulation, to support the aluminium sheets. Inner linear sheet of 0.50 mm nominal TCT of physical material properties as specified. Vapour Control layer : The vapour contol layer to reduce the movement of water vapour from inside the building through the roof construction to reduce the risk of condensation shall consists of 3 layer membrane to be laid continuous across its surface shall be fully sealed at laps, perimeters, penetrations to ensure effectiveness & aluminium foil of 0.50mm thick laid over insulation board.

Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume roofing accessories using self drilling / self tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers complete. Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of approved make over concrete or Plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including cleaning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying cement concrete pavement of specified thickness with C.C 1:2:4 using maximum 20 mm size aggregate and crushed sand including finshing smooth / making tread lines/ chequrred patterns complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Enginee in charge.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade made by block making machines with strong vibratory compaction and approved size, shape, design laid in required colour and pattern over and including 150 mm thick compacted bed of stone dust / Murrum, filling the joints with crushed sand etc. all complete as -per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing PVC rain water pipes conforming to relevant IS type B and PVC SWR fittings & specials conforming to relevant IS including jointing with seal ring / With PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls using clamps etc complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Circuit Wiring: Circuit point controlled by MCB in a Existing DB ( Distribution Board to Switch Board) Circuit mains using 1.1kV grade FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor wires / sheathed single core multistranded cables drawn in concealed 25MM HMS type PVC conduits. Rates quoted shall include supply of conduits, wires & other conduiting accessories. Circuit mains shall be measured from respective PDB to the nearest adjescent Switch Board. There shall not be any joints in the circuits ( Rate are Inculding With Drawings , Ferruling , Required Testing etc ). (1) 3 Run X 2.5 Sq.mm.

All 16A socket outlets should be with 6pin & shuttered type. 5. Minimum size of the FRLS insulated multistranded copper earth wire shall be 2.5 sq.mm. 6. The colour shade of switches shall be white/off white . 7. The scope also includes supply of modular blanking plate where ever required.8. The point wiring shall generally be concealed type only, except in lift shaft/Electrical shaft/ Basement areas/ in RCC retaining wall/ in dry well/ above false ceiling & wherever concealed wiring is not feasible as per instructions of EIC. LED shall be SMD type, fixture should have minimum efficasy>=100lm/W, CCT => 6500K, CRI= >80, LED Chip shall be LM80 certified and minimum system lumens 3600 and 4 kV surge protection along with 2 years guarantee.
