Providing and fixing of false ceiling using Calcium Silicate Board Designed and perforated false ceiling of 8mm thick, with anodized aluminum grid construction consisting of 38mm x 38mm tee x 2.05mm thick forming 600mm x 600mm panel complete with various members for fastenings and fittings to minute tolerance suspended from Structural members with 8mm aluminum painted M.S rods with necessary fastenings arrangement etc., and 25mm x 25mm x 2.05mm thick anodized aluminum angle screwed on to the wall with rawal plugs including providing openings for AC, Lighting and other auxiliary works, painting the false ceiling board with two coats of emulsion paint over a coat of primer as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, T&P’s labour charges, leads and lifts etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of Vertical Veinitition Blinds of Premium quality to the windows of approved make, colour and pattern as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of premium blinds, cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, storm locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. Painting with two coats of approved quality enamel paint over a coat of primer including cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift, Scaffolding, T&Ps etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of 25 Amps DP Plug and socket in sheet enclosure with 25A DP MCB with earth connection including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2M class B GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete
