Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested CPRI approved LT Panel board, OUT DOOR type, canopy headed, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars 1000 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish front / back opening type, with aprons for cable entry from bottom, and fixing 2 Nos.danger notice plate with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door LT panel etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) stranded lock with 2 keys, internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 1.5 Sqmm. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 30 cm above the nearest ground level. complete all as specified and directed including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 25 to 400 sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches/ ducts out side the Bldg inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size aluminium lugs for terminal connections of cables, necessary PCC foundation in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for platform of suitable size & with plastering , All out going feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint and taking out of old Skelton type panel with control switches complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-Charge , The scope of work includes the following: Items (NOTE:-LT Panel board should be as per IS/ICE 61439-part I&II Type Test certificates for 4000Amps with Breaking capacity not less than 65KA. Panel Builder should submit all Certificates alongwith drawing before executing the job ,Including taking down old Unsv LT panel) LOCATION-2 GHARWAL

Material and Labor for disconnecting burnt end or portion of cable removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals including fixing of new lugs for 50 Sqmm 3½ / 4 to 400 Sqmm of LT cable to pole / main switch complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labor in replacement of Voltmeter 0-500 V digital type as per existing size complete all as per specified and directed.

Material and labor in replacement of Ammeter 0-400 Amp digital type per existing size complete all as per specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of indicator lamp for RYB phases complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of UNSV MCCBs of capacity 630 Amps, TP, 50 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, with adjustable thermal and magnetic release fixed in any type of existing LT panel/Feeder pillar including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc complete all as directed

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I(2009) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in soft/loose Soil.
