SPL REPAIR OF FENCING AT OVL FAFA MD ACCN UNDER GE (WEST) LUCKNOW

Dismantling posts or struts(wood ,steel or RCC) of any section including taking out embedded portion of concrete, brick work of any type and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing barbed wire/plain wire/ chain link fencing any type from RCC/ Steel/ Wooden posts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brickwork with old sized fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering/plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm on newly prepared surface and plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement based primer complete all as specified as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation not exc. 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning / filling in layers including spreding, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing where as directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregates)as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of precast I-shaped column of size 2400mm x 200mm x 200mm prepainted and colour as per drawing, having flange thickness of 60mm and web thickness 80mm , will place on PCC base size 750mmx750mmx100mm, grouted into pit size 600mmx600mmx900mm using shuttering with concrete ratio 1:2:4 (The details of column comprising of following i.e. having a cap fixed at top of the column, having 4mm thick high tensile tendon steel 10 nos in each column which is made of high performance self compacting concrete (SCC) of M-40 grade, cured under controlled factory conditions, all manufacturing process must comply with Indian Standards. The curing process must be maintained using RO water and chiller plants for quality assurance. The formwork used for casting should be made of automobile-grade, water-tight steel, enabling the production of highly accurate and consistent components concrete mix design of IS:9103 with weight of each column at least 185 kg (tolerance limit 1.5%) complete all as specified in drawing and directed Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- (i) PCC of sub base and grouting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BoQ. (ii) Please refer drawing sheet No 1/1 to 1/2 for pillar & panels is enclosed. (iii) Contractor shall upload MoU with precast fabricated manufacturer meeting all the condition and specification mentioned in CA during the time of bidding . (iv) The work pertaining to precast shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised technician through manufacturer of the precast factory. The sample of MoU is enclosed as per Appx 'B'. The contractor is advised quote their rate accordingly. (v) The contractor shall upload with the documents under Technical Bid (Cover-I) "Memorandum of Understanding: (MoU) with Rs 100/- Stamp Paper at least one manufacturers, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.
