Operation, maintenance, repairs and replacement of electrical and Mechanical equipment to 100 MLD capacity water Treatment Plant at Mohili for the period of Two year.

Item No.:-1 24 X 7 Operation, maintenance, repairs of 100 MLD capacity mohili water treatment plant with headwork with all electrical & mechanical material/ machinery/ equipment within premises of 100 MLD mohili WTP and headwork , manpower for day to day work etc all specified in the detailed spacification. All plant cleaning, Cleaning sump, river jali & strainer of pumps with under water divers as and when required / instructed by engineer incharge. Painting to all M.S. Work, Electric substations structures and oil filtration of transformers, Repaires to all pipelines, valves, actuators, pumps, motors, H.T. Substation including transformers, all H.T. & L.T. Panels, all H.T. & L.T. Cables in 100 MLD Mohili WTP Premises, E.O.T. Cranes, scada system, flow meter and other allied electrical & mechanical equipments/ machinery and all components covered under scope of this work with all labours and materials like spare parts etc. as directed by the engineer incharge. The 100 MLD Mohili W.T.P. With headwork shall be operated in three shift daily.

Item No: 2 Overhauling with repairing 2000 kVA Transformer: Dismantling the existing 2000 kVA (specification given in tender annexure V), VOLTAMP make transformer by means of hydra/ Crane of suitable capacity, cleaning all healthy parts, laminations (In assembly), tank, insulating sleeves etc. overhauling the transformer with replacement of damaged parts and rewound coils and reassembling of top yoke including brazing, soldering, sleeving and insulating as required ,vacuum oven drying of assembled core. Reassembling of complete transformer by tanking the dried core, cleaning all gaskets, making terminal connections , oil filling, filtration, rewinding of HV & LV coils, using new copper coil with new insulation including internal & external painting of transformer with rebate for damaged material, to & fro transportation charges loading/ unloading making connections with all required materials, testing, commissioning etc complete. as directed by engineer incharge.

Item No: 3 Overhauling with repairing 400 kVA Transformer: Dismantling the existing 400 kVA (specification given in tender Annexure V), VOLTAMP make transformer by means of hydra/ Crane of suitable capacity, cleaning all healthy parts, laminations (In assembly), tank, insulating sleeves etc. overhauling the transformer with replacement of damaged parts and rewound coils and reassembling of top yoke including brazing, soldering, sleeving and insulating as required ,vacuum oven drying of assembled core. Item No: 4 Dismantling & reerecting Existing 22 KV HT metering cubical approved by MSEDCL/licensee. as directed by engineer incharge.

Item No: 5 Removing old CT & Providing and erecting new C.T for existing 22 KV HT metering cubical having required ratio C.T. Ratio= 100/5 Amp. as directed by engineer incharge.

Item No: 6 Removing old PT & Providing and erecting new P.T for existing 22 KV HT metering cubical having required ratio PT Ratio= 22000/√3/110/√3 volt. as directed by engineer incharge.
