DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS OF INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY AND ALLIED WORKS OF STN UNITS AT NAMS

Attending of day to day electrical complaints pertaining to internal electrification received through telephone or in person or online on detailment at MES Service centre located at NAMS Area by locating and rectification of fault from and including electric meter/DB onwards in respect of sub main/point wiring including provisioning of small pieces of electric cable of size 1.5/2.5 Sqmm to 10 Sqmm single core copper conductor and length not increasing 0.50 mtrs and carrying out repairs to the extent of tightening of loose connections, disconnection and dismantling of faulty wires, battens, conduits, boxes including providing necessary screws / nuts / bolts / nails for the rectification of defect and refixing of existing dismantled serviceable items complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) If complaint warrants replacement of material as catered in BOQ here-in-after shall be paid under relevent item and no measurement shall be done under this item. Rate of attending complaint shall be considered to be quoted in the respective item. (ii) Complaint pertaining to location and rectification of fault in more than one length of point wiring/sub main wiring/DB's/ fitting or fixtures etc shall be considered as an independent complaint. Similarly complaint pertaining to replacement of two fixtures in one Qtr will also be measured and paid as one complaint.

(iii) In case a Qtr/room is found locked when tradesman is detailed to attend the complaint, the complaint shall be treated as one till its completion. (iv) Necessary tools for tradesman shall be provided by the contractor. (v) Transportation for tradesman and normal stores required for complaints shall be arranged by the contractor. (vi) Complaints of normal nature shall be attended and rectified within 8Hrs of receipt of complaint. However, complaints of emergent nature i.e no light, short circuit, earth fault etc shall be attended immediately on receipt of complaint round the clock. (vii) Bldgs requiring rewiring of small qty of point wiring if ordered will be measured and paid separately under respective items below. (viii) Conttractor or his rep will report to AGE EM complaint cell at 9 O'Clock daily for collecting of complaints. Complaint received will be done in the same day and after completion of complaint he will report to complaint cell to submit the complaint slip duly signed by the user. done on Holidays/ Sunday. (ix) For Non attending of complaint within above mentioned time a penalty of Rs 50.00/per day/per complaint will be levied on contractor.This penality shall also be applicable to all the items mentioned in BOQ here-in-after.

Supply and fixing in replacement bell push switch piano, flush type, 5 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of bell ding-dong 230 volts, single phase complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceiling rose 65x50mm two to three terminals AC 230 volts complete all as specified and directed of any make/model as per in existing building.
