Supply & fixing of LED Street light 90 Watt made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass Aesthetically designed roadway luminiare with excellent thermal management IP 66 protection complete all as specified & directed Make- KCSAD LED Cat Part No-KDST90 or equivalent make from Havells/Bajaj as approved by GE

S&F Prestressed concrete pole, 9 metres long. 152mm x152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom,class 10 complying with requirement of IS 1678-1978 including painting of poles with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coats of primer in black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC block complete all as specified & directed Note:- PCC and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fixing 3core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed copper conductor flexible 1100 volts for connection from Junction Box to street light fittings complete all as specified & directed Make : Havells/Polycab or equivalent makes as approved by GE.

S&F GI Bracket for street light fitting bend to shape made out of GI pipe light grade 32/40mm bore upto 1.2 mtr long etc complete with two sets of MS flat clamps of size 45 x 5 mm duly painted with two coats of aluminum paint with nuts, bolts, washers etc for fixing arrangement to pole /wall complete all as specified & directed.

S&F cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exc 1.5 m deep and n.exc 1.5 mtr wide for foundation of poles, laying of cable,etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in earth including spreading levelling and well ramming excavated soil in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer, back in trenches after cable have been laid & tested,poles,stairs,struts have been erected & tested complete all as specified & directed.

Removing of surplus soil (soft/loose) obtained from excavation to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified & directed. Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured.

Supply and laying well burnt old size sub class 'B' bricks laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified & directed

M& L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/mass filling of poles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts/ etc including necessary form work, fair finished surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of stay assembly feeder pillar LT panel etc including necessary form work, fair finished surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 40mm dia with all fittings for cable protection complete all as specified & directed

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 to 2.50 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and shown on electrical plate no. 3 in SSR Part-I. Note:- Necessary Earth work i.e. excavation, Returning filling, removal and concrete work included in Unit Rate.

Supply & fixing street light pole cable junction box IP-65 with metnic knockouts for cable entry and the box made out of thermal plastic material suitable for 16/25 sqmm UG cable including clamps bolts, nuts duly painted and MCB SP 6Amp etc complete all as specified & directed
