Material and labour, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, rendering 10 mm thick on ceiling, chajja and the like in CM (1:3), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, rendering plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on surfaces of walls other than fair face of brick work, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, leveling/edging the disturbed places using wall care putty and applying two coats of 1st quality oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) over and including a coat of 1.0mm thick white cement based wall care putty(JK/Birla) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour, preparation of new (plastered) surfaces of walls including brooming down, and steel wire brushing/scrapping down where required; to remove efflorescent salts spots etc.; washing, rubbing down using sand paper and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (1st quality paint), in disruptive pattern camouflage using percentage of colours as 70% dark green and 30% sand stone or number of colours as approved, over and including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pattern of camouflage shall be as approved by GE.

Supply and Fixing, Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates, powder coated any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including joining cleat for fixing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing, Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m, powder coated any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-laminated particle board, 9mm thick, interior grade, medium density, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination, and fixed with glazing clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, water proofing treatment to RCC roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30litre/Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at overlaps & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 46 but on vertical surfaces over bituminous primer @0.30Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour, cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 20-22mm thick laid and over including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, and pointed in grey cement and no pigment to match the surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cutting out cracks to 'V'-section in existing RCC roofs or terracing, cleaning out , wetting, grouting with cement slurry 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, vitreous china counter top (self rimming) wash hand basin, white in colour of size 630mmx500mm including circular cutting and tucked in granite slab, including 15mm dia cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type single lever basin mixer, 32mm dia brass CP waste fitting and connection to waste pipe and water pipe, fixed as in repairs and removal of old from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as on cooking platforms, wash hand basin counter top, window cills, steps and like, set in neat grey cement slurry @3Kg/Sqm, laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, cutting holes into or through brick wall built in cement mortar, superfacial area not exceeding 150Sqcm and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slab supported wall, beams and columns in floor, roof landing, balconies, canopies, deck slab and in sleeve etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Steel reinforcement bars and use and waste form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:1.5:3) type A-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas, fins, louvers, roof projections, beam, lintel, after removing of loose concrete and preparation of roof surface by application of de-rusting chemical such as Dr. fixit rust remover or equivalent and welding additional main bars/distributions bars if found necessary by inserting to adequate depth in beam by drilling, pinning reinforcement old bars/new with, including necessary scaffolding and formwork as required upto the height upto 3.5mtr, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) quoted rates included necessary scaffolding and form work. (ii) Steel reinforcement bars shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Nitozinc primer (FOSROC or equivalent) @ 200ml per Sqm surface area of concrete will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing, bib taps, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore dia, fixed as in repair, complete all as specified and directed.
