Reinstallation, testing and commissioning and reprogramming of Master Control Station(SCADA Software). The services includes programming & installation of SCADA Software for B- Reservoir Pump House. The scope includes:- Services for programming, configuration and customisation of the Smart Station Platform with respect to the Water supply Module as per actual site conditions and requirement of the engineer. (a). Landing Page to depict criritcal paramters viz. - Level of water in all tanks, Pump status ON/OFF/FAIL, Motorized butterfly valve status START/STOP/FAIL, Solenoid valve status ON/OFF/FAIL, Pressure transmitter status. (b). Creation of drop down tabs to monitor the all Pump houses and Remote PLC Panel systems individually. (c). Creation of individual PLC Panel wise schematics and layouts for the Water Supply system as per the actual site including display of all relevant parameters viz. Level of water in all tanks, Pump status ON/OFF/FAIL, Motorized butterfly valve status START/STOP/FAIL, Solenoid valve status ON/OFF/FAIL, Pressure transmitter status. (d). Soft keys for remote manual operation of all pumps and motorised valves from the Master Control station.

(e). Creation of Day wise Reports for :- (i) Run hours of pumps (ii) Pump / valve operation failures (iii) Active/Return status of each equipment with date and time. (iv). Configuring notifications, alerts and alarms as per preset logic. (v) Consumption Patterns - Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually. Note: - 1). Any changes to the SCADA software, e.g. Changes in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys etc. shall be carried out by authorized representative of M/s Universal Switch Gear Control. The technician shall submit a letter from the manufacturer as proof of his being a authorized representative of the manufacturer. 2). The contractor has to submit the MOU from OEM in the technical bid itself, failing of the same will lead to rejection of bid in Technical Evaluation of Tender Bid. The successful bidder has to submit a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) from OEM (i.e. M/s Universal Switch Gear Control) in a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 10.00 duly notorised with an undertaking stating that execution of all SCADA related items of work shall be carried out under technical support and guidance of OEM.
