M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Fdn and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20mm for Granite or Trap stone of random rubble wall, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat, round or square bars, in available lengths welded with iron posts of Fe-410-W(Gde- E-250) quality-B, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 19 here-in-before above but fixing only with restraining, resecuring including making good staples etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforcement) in ground floor (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 29 here in before but 0.63 mm plain galvanised mild steel sheets class 7 as in ridge/gutter etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painting galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 thick of an colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 31 here-in-before but but plain galvalume sheet as in ridge.

Dismantling of ceiling boards(fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plywood 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws/ nails to timber frame work on ceiling portion, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings in fillets, posts, raftars, purlins etc under 40 sqcm in section complete in unframed work all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood timber scantling plain fillets square, rectangular in section area exc 13 Sqcm and not exc 25 sqcm secured with nails, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood timber scantling plain fillets square, rectangular in section area exc 6 Sqcm and not exc 13 sqcm secured with nails, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd cl HW plain fillets square rectangular, triangular in section wrought with nails sectional area exc. 3 and n.exc 6 sqcm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm including 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Priming the roof surface with bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm and applying a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm and thereafter supply and laying polymeric membrane five layered of weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm with centre layer core of 90 micron high molecular density polyethylene film and bonded completely with hot blown bitumen to the surface with end overlap of 150 mm and side lap 75 mm followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat as per manufacturing instruction all as specified and as directed.

Dedcuct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 32980.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
