Sch 'A' Part-I (Earth Work and Demolition work)

Dismantling of wall/ floor tile including backing coat any description or any thickness beded and pointed in any cement motar and removal to out of MD land all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding and cleaning the surface and removal outside the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat with shutters of any discription exc 1 Sqm each (without taking down the shutter) and removal form site all as specified directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down of shutters and refixing in the same opening of any description exc 2.00 sqm completed all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

Supply and spread dry clean river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as directed and specified. Note-The punning thickness of sand shall only be measured and paid

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks, locally available in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified.

Sch 'A' Part-II (B/R Work)

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing for more than 5 mtr in length by trenchless, technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine, including M&L HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specifed and directed NOTE:- the contractor shall submit purchase voucher for HDPE pipe.

M & L plain Cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, unions, plugs, sockets etc., fixed to walls/ceilings or laid in floors etc., complete including taking up (or) down the existing GI pipe completely all as specified for following bore of pipes. NOTE:- The contractor shall submit purchase voucher for CPVC pipe.

S&F for steel water tubing ISI marked 20mm bore, galvanised, medium grade with and including provision of all fittings of ISI marked in trenches or fix in wall with wall clamp including taking down the existing bore pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles matching with existing tile 350x250x7 or 450x350x7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm over and including 10mm thick recuing in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting dado etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for First quality Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles jointless, 7-8 mm thick (area of each tile exceeding 0.09 Sqm but not exceeding 0.16 Sqm) laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) and including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tilescomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering other then fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including taking down and complete removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for frame/shutter/fixed portions of doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per specified and directed. (Glazing, paneling to be paid for separately) : (Mim Thickness of Section shall not be less than 1.5 mm)((minimum thickness of polyster powder coating 50 micron) NOTE:- (i)The purchase Voucher of Alumnium Section shall be submitted for claiming payment. Non Submission may lead to non payment (ii) Only the weight of Aluminum section shall be measured and paid. The Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all the fittings such as, handle,roller etc.

Providing and fixing glazing with figured/translusant float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction. S & F for 30 mm thick factory made solid panel both side prelaminated PVC door shutter with smooth finish confirming to criteria of testing as per IS : 4020, consisting of frame made out of MS tube of 19 guage thickness & size 19x19mm for stiles and 15x15mm for top & bottom rails MS frames shall have a coat of red oxide primer of approved make and shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded both side prelaminated PVC `C' channel of size 30x50mm forming styles and 5mm thick 75mm wide both side prelaminated PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5mmx2) thick 20mm wide cross both side prelaminated PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panelling of 5 mm thick both side prelaminated PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rail with 30 mm wide x 5 mm thick both side prelaminated PVC sheet beading on either side and joined together with solvent cement, adhesive and an additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be struck on the interior side of 'C' channel using PVC solvent adhesive complete as per manufacturers specifications & drawings ass as directed. Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) Orissa pattern W.C Pan of size 580x440 mm along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing in repairs 10 litre capacity - White P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, having syphonic action type with with inlet, ball valve , float and handle including brackets, bend along with all others fittings and fixtures complete. all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair 60 cm long PVC connection with two nos PTMT nut and rubber washers suitable for 15mm bore GI Pipe of existing one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of 15mm dia Stop valves fancy, chromium plated screwed pressure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe for unions and fixed complete all as specified.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste Flexible pipe 32 mm bore for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PTMT Waste coupling 32 mm dia of 79 mm length and 62mm breadth weighing not less than 45 gms for wash basin and sink, of approved quality and colour, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for gunniting to RCC works in column beams, slabs, chajja, facia, landing, balconies etc by dismantling of RCC (loose concrete) and chipping of unsound/weak concrete material with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type and cutting of steel bar including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc , after that cleaning the steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry and placing steel bars at location where the balance steel dia is less than half including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make and painting with ant rust coating on exposed steel. The surface then be fixed by welded with hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed (dia of wire shall not be less than 4mm) & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement. The surface then be treated with epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20sqm/kg of approved make and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg sqcm and providing, mixing and applying 25mm thick gunniting of SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all the works. (ii) Work to be carried out as in patches as directed by Engr-in-charge (iii) Rate for scaffolding upto fifth storey shall be included in quoted rate. (iv) All demolished material removed from MOD land completely distance exe 5 km. (v) The prepared area shall be neatly cleaned (vi) The rate of TMT shall not be included in the quoted rate.

M&L TMT steel bars of any dia cut to length bent shape required, including cranking bending binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality conforming to relevant IS complete all as specifieds

S&F in repairs of basin mixture 15mm bore dia cast copper alloy with cap capston chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly buts screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sch 'A' Part-III (E/M Work)

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosures for double door DB's when MCBs to be used Triple pole & neutral 04 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar complete all specified and directed.

M&L sub main wiring along with earth wire with sizes of 2x 4Sqmm and 1x 4.00Sqmm as earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly, PVC insulated single core multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable drawn into and 20 mm medium grade ISI Marked PVC conduitwith all accessories and fiiting like bends, elbow etc including including necessary periodicals applying one coat of putty and two coat of oil bound distember all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F wall mounted, Instant Water heater of capacity 5 litres, electric, BEE 5 star rated, automatic cut with all accessories all as specified and diected by Engr in charge. NOTE:- (i) The contractor shall submit purchase voucher.Non-submission may lead to non-payment. (ii) The contractor shall submit Gurantee certificate for 05 Years on his letter head. (iii) 05(Five) percent of this amount shall be reserved for Five Years and shall be relaesed after completion of 05 years.

Supply and fix wall mounted electric water heater,storage type steel body with Corrosion Resistant & Highly Durable inner tank along with highly duarble heating element, shock proof, capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories all as specified and diected by Engr in charge. (iii) 05(Five) percent of this amount shall be reserved for Five Years and shall be relaesed after completion of 05 years.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested LT Panel Indoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system.
