Material and Labour for Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 Sqm, exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm deep and stacking for removing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water bound macadam, 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers 75mm thick each with granite trap or basalt coarse aggregate of grading 2 (60 to 40 mm size) or grading 3(50 to 20mm) spread, rolling and consolidating surfaces with power roller exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne to a uniform smooth surface to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Both the layers of 75mm WBM (compacted thickness) shall be measured and paid as one unit only.

M&L for Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud ect sweeping with brooms and finally cleaned surfaces with Air compresser to remove all loose dust of unsurfaced water bound macadam complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30 mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tone capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface as specified and as directed. Note: The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5% same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design as specified in Schedule "A" shall be adjusted @ the rate of 65.00 (Rs sixty Five ) / kg for the less quantity of bitumen used. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment). Note : (i) The work shall be strcitly carried out by using mechanical/sensor paver only . (ii) The design mix shall be carried out from IIT/NIT/Govt Institution and quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same. Work will be allowed only after approval of semi dense asphaltic concrete design mix. (iii) Contractor shall arrange bitumen extraction test at site during execution of SDAC work. The copy of same shall be fwd to this HQ. (iv) The copy of PV shall be submitted by contractor for claiming payment in RAR. Non-submission may lead to non-payment

Preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.00 mm-2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern propolled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers themoplastic reuirement for glass shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.ed.

M&L for Continuous brick edging with width equal to the width of the brick of whole sub class 'B' bricks laid dry on end vertically including embedding bricks in ground to depth indicated & tempering ground around brick & removal surplus spoil complete all as specified

M&L for Repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, path etc cutting around edges to making good by filling in screened and graded road materials over a priming / tack coat with good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, binded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber of paving bitumen any penetration (consolidated thickness 40mm and binder content 4%) laid with mechanical paver , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with vibromax road roller complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs solar delinator 750mm high fixed in PCC Block of size 300x300x300mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm stone graded aggregate and red blinker and changed by solar energy having 1" red colour high intessity reflective type rounded duly pasted on lower side of lamp filed on PVC deluxe quality pipe of 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Purchase vouchers shall be submitted by the contractor before claiming the payment of RARs/Final bill.

Supply finxing and installation double side writing informatory stainless steel reflective sign board of size 5'x4' having with aluminum composit panel sheet base of 3mm thickness fixed with self tapping & Coach screw having retro reflective tape base and font. Colour and matter of sign board will be approved by Engr-in-Charge. The frame of sign board should be 50mm outer dia round/square of Stainless steel pipe 16 gauge and having 2 legs of stain less steel round pipe 2.75mtr to 3.00 mtr various height each of 75mm outer dia round pipe, sutable doom on both side including taking down of existing sign board complete all as specofied and as directed.
