Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of same to exceeding 1 Km but not exceeding 1.5 Km, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in lean concrete for foundation in drain,manholes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in benching of manholes and finishing even and smooth with extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, fillings and Mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for floor, finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Forming construction/expansion joints 40 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with Grade 'A' sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel n.exc 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitered stopped ends etc complete, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains,making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section in ) cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia of pipe.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine preesed precast concrete glazed interlocking paver block any shape and size over sand/stone dust cusion confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured glazed chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigment 30cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick , over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar.

M&L Brick work with sub class `B` bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radious built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (Make : Impermo, Water Seal, Acco proof) (WPC will be used as per manufacture instructions).

Dismantling posts or struts (wood steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion (post embedded in concrete) and making good disturbed ground.

Excavation in post holes( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cum each getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earh around , in layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surfaces in soft/ loose soil.

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including and all necessary drilling, bolting and riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 or Gde E-165.

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed with the other end each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc 5 cm long of diameter of shanks 11 to 15 mm.

M&L MS round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending,painting and fixed with chain link fence conforming to Fe-410-0 complete all as directed at site.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type

S&F for 3 mm Dia GI wire 100 x 100 mm mesh,(chain link fencing) made up into mattresses, or cages lapped wired and laid in position including closing and binded and tied with RCC posts properly complete all as directed at site.

S&F in repair of GI barbed wire 2 strands 3 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including sewing or tying with GI wire all as shown on drgs. (Each line wire to be measured) complete all as directed at site.

M&L for prepration of new steel surface not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide

M&L applying two coat of black japan paints over one coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces n.exe 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L cleaning of sewage line, SWG/CI pipe or RCC pipe vertically/horizontally of dia 100 mm to 200 mm by rodding well flushing by using sufficient water and making it to clear for easy flow of sewage from WC, gully trap, Nahani trap up to the first manhole and from manhole to manholes including desludging and make it the proper functional to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and removing the sludge, silt etc to a distance n.exc 500 m and burying it in pits and covered with earth and spreading lime @ 1 Kg per Sqm of covered area complete all as specified and directed at site.

Cleaning maholes by desludging and getting out all silts and sludge Organic and inorganic materials by mannual/mechaniclally and removing the sludge to distance exceeding 400 mtr but not exceeding 500 m away from site and burying it into the pits and covered with earth including spreeding lime 1 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed site with complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr deep for foundation in soft/loose soil & getting out.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes SGSW/RCC pipe set in cement mortar of internal dia 100 mm completes all as directed at site.

All as per item No 32 above but 150mm.

All as per item No 32 above but 200mm.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for internal dia of pipe 100 mm complete all as specified and directed at site.

All as per item No 35 here-in-before but for 150mm dia of pipe complete.

All as per item No 35 but for 200mm dia of pipe complete.

M&L for 100 mm dia of reinforced concrete pipe ,class NP2 ,laid and jointed, complete with collars as specified and directed.

All as per item No 38 but 150mm dia pipe.

All as per item No 38 but 200mm dia pipe.

Demoltion of RCC in any description and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab etc set in CM (1:4) complete including necessary from work.

S&F 10mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bend to shape as required including crancking ends and binding with MS wire (amealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6 mm to 8 mm dia TMT bar cut to length bent to shape required including cranking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F 10 mm dia and over MS round bar cut to length bent to shape required for manhole cover handle or rungs or like all and over as directed at site.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling and well ramming with water complete n.exc 25 cm thick in each layer in soft/loose soil.

Removing exavated soild n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a leve n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.
