ELECTRIFICATION Note : Prior to commencement of electrical works, the contractor needs to submit valid Electrical License in the name of himself/themselves or Agreement with agency having valid Electrical License alongwith Agency's Electrical License to the Accepting Officer for his approval through GE/AGE(I). In absence of such documents, no work will be executed at site and to be treated as defaulter on the Contractor’s part . In addition, Supervisor for execution of electrical works employed by the Contractor shall posses Supervisory Certificate of competency issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory and the Worker/Tradesman for execution of Electrical Works must hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory.

Supply and fix electric water heater storage type steel body having glass lined tank with titanium shield and anti corrosion, heating element 2 KW, capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, connection pieces including top plug & wall anchor bolt fastener rust proof rawal bolt for concrete/brick wall of minimum 75mm size etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contract should submit certificate for warranty of 5 years for inner tank & heating element and 02 years comprehensive warranty after completion of work.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body, AC single Phase, 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers including cutting holes of required size & shape and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter including cutting holes of required size & shape and making good the disturbed surfaces, 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding, 300m sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate ) as in sub-base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and rough in sub floor/leveling course to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc. laid over & including 15mm hick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour pigment to match with tiles Complete all as directed.

M& L glazed ceramic tile in vertical surfaces of size 300x200x7 mm / 450 x 350mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match confirming to IS-13712 Z (b) (iii) over and including rendering 10mm thick of Cement Mortar (1:6) for backing of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F GI steel tubing 15 mm dia medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete fix to walls or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC Connection heavy duty 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stop valves 15 mm dia Chromium plated, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Brass CP Wall mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Brass CP Sink mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Chromium plated shower roses with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union Brass of size 125mm as directed.

M & L for Preparation of old wall surfaces including Complete removal of all existing treatment, washing rubbing down and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable point wiring of any size complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm size single core multi stranded copper conductor unsheathed PVC insulated 1100 V grade FRLSH cable, drawn through and including PVC casing capping of adequate size and length with accessories and fittings like bend, elbows, crosses wall crossing etc for one light /fan point controlled by one switch including sunken type pressed steel box width 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover of approved make for housing switches, sockets outlet and regulators etc and with one run of cable 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, FRLSH unsheathed as earth wire connected to earth dolly and to be connected boxes of suitable sizes for mounting to fittings etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note- for modular switch and socket base plate would be measured and paid sedately.

All as per item No 20 above but with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable for 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet, independent board controlled by one switch with one No earth continuity copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
