Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removing debris outside MD Land complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Cement concrete (unreinforced) and removing debris outside MD Land complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, bed blocks,filling and mass concrete.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L for Brickwork with Modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 in narrow widths including Cutting out bricks/stone, forming toothing for, and bonding new into old brickwork /stone masonry

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Fixing for chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. (Chain link fencing and line wire shall be paid at supplied only rate) complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing any mesh any size etc.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc, complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

S&F 1 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

S&F fixed 5 to 10 mm dia Mild steel screws bolts(Machine made)with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed both ends ,each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or squre nut, lentg of bolt exc 5cm and n.exc 10cm long. With washers.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of anti-corrosive epoxy(poly Urethane based) over a coat of epoxy primer of approved make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of New plastered surfaces of walls,Pillars, cornices etc by applying two coat of antifungal emulsion paint over one coat of primer on the walls, pillars, cornices etc. by skilled labour etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
