REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF PLUMBING, TILING, SANITARY FITTINGS, JOINERY AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS IN OMQ AREA UNDER AGE B/R-1 AT AFS THANJAVUR

Demolition floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non-skid ceramic colored tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n. exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed of CM (1:4) bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per above item No.03 but skirting / dados etc, with backing coat 10 mm thick in cemet mortar (1:3) in lieu of screed bed, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L vitrified tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per above item No. 05 but skirting / dados etc, with backing coat 10 mm thick in cemet mortar (1:3) in lieu of screed bed, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical surfaces of area not more than 0.16 Sqm each tile with thickness 7 mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match incl 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc including bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18 - 20mm thick granite stone (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished) as in counter wash basin, cooking platform, window cill/jambs, steps, pillers, etc in CM (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of cement and pigment to match with shade of granite incl 15mm thick CM (1:4) bedding & pointed in white/coloured cement to match coloured tiles including grinding and rounding (chamfering) to exposed edge of granite slab with mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness (above or below GL) complete all as specified and as directed.
