Supplying pressed steel sheet frames (chowkhat) consisting of 18gauge (1.25mm thick steel sheet of the specified section, including iron lugs (hold fast) iron hinges conforming to PWD specification including bolts for fixing stops lock notch provision for receiving tower bolts and finished with 1 primer coat approved quality fixed in position excluding the cost of cement concrete 1:3:6 for filling in the frame and cement concrete 1:2:4 for lugs complete.(d) Doors and windows frame of size 161mm x60mm with 40mm wide double rebate weighing 4.05kg per meter.

Supplying onenable steel windows of standard rolled steel Z section joints mitered and electrically flash welded with iron fittings including necessary iron handles, Peg stay catchers bolts, iron plugs and pressed steel projected hinges and glazing clips, complete (Excluding glazing) and finished with two coats of ready mixed paint red lead non setting primer.(b) Above one sqm area.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make.(b) glass panes 4mm or 10.75 kg/ sqm exceeding 0.4 sqm of area.

Wire gauge fixed in steel windows, of standard rolled steel section with 3mm thick flat iron cover moulding of 12.5mm width fixed with machine screws complete in all respects.

Factory manufactured flush door fixed in position iron hings, etc (excluding the cost of any fittings other than specified above but including labour for fixing the same ofposition.(c) Decorative with teak facing on both sides edges lipped with teak with laminated core.(iv)35mm thick.

Providing and fixing aluminum sliding door bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc complete.(A)300x16mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortise latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles with necessary screws etc. complete (best make of approved quality).

Dismantling cement conglomerate floors 25mm to 50mm thick without concrete base.
