Preparation of old surfaces on walls (plastered or unplastered or previously white washed) and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified.

All as per item No 1 above but on ceiling.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping of old decorated surfaces on walls, preparation for distempering and applying two coat of oilbound distemper over a coat of primer including stopping of nails holes,cracks etc and levelling with minimum 1 mm thick white cement based wall care putty for obtaining plain surface complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 3 but in patches n exc 3 Sqm

M & L for preparation of old distempering surfaces including stopping of nails holes,cracks etc. and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

All as per item No 6 above but on steel surfaces.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint on wall/ceiling over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of any description and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall with necessary scaffolding arrangement. Note: The contractor shall clean the window panes including splashes of paint etc and the quoted rate is deemed to be included for the same.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces for applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal rsistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shades(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal rsistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shades(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over & including priming coat of extreior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over old surfaces

M&L for forming V grooves in plaster n exc 5 mm deep and n exc 5 mm on face and filling cracks with crack X paste of M/s Dr fixit or with eequivalent of M/s STP Ltd including necessary scaffolding

M&L for forming V grooves in plaster exc 5 mm deep and exc 5 mm on face and filling cracks with cement mixed with M/s Dr fixit or equivalent of M/s STP Ltd including necessary scaffolding

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/stone masonry, walls and racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down and washing with water and disposing the materials outside MD land.

M & L for rendering 12mm thick using polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces including finishing the surface of top layer even and smooth complete all as specified and directed make: easyplast from wall plast/readiplast from ultratech Note: The thickness of plaster specified above is minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also deemd to be include for the provosion of dubbing of the surface if any where required and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. The rate also includes the rate of scaffolding and necessary safety measurements

M&L for removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphospate solution ( 4% concenteration) of 20ml or till refuse by cutting or injecting in stem of plants or roots at 30 mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25ml glyphosphate ( 4% concent) complete all as specified.

Complete pruning of tree branches dangerously/precariously hanging over bldgs completely all as specified and directed by EIC.

Chipping , Removing,Carefullly Loose Concrete work by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of malba out side the premises etc. complete as directed. Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

a)M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.) b)M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit upto 40mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc in two layers, each layer not exceeding 20mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letter, alphabets or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm high using synthetic enamel paint in language all as specified by Engr in Charge

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour including necessary scafolding height upto 24m complete all as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface over one coat of primer and minimum 1 mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note for Item No 1 to 10 above (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.

M&L for providing mild steel TMT bars in various structural RCC elements like column, beams and Slab etc. including cutting, bending, fixing the bars, tying with binding wires etc., also including drilling holes for provision of steel bars, complete all as specified and directed.
