Demolition Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation , etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, man holes,pierholes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in fdn, filling and mass concrete.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm under floors and in trenches.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6).

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,slabs, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire 0.9 mm dia.

Ditto as per item No 07 above but for 5mm dia and over upto and incl 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and plinth beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; verticle or to batter with rough finish flat surface.

M&L two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plaster surface

S & F in repairs chain link fencing of 4mm dia Galvanised wire having mesh made by wires 0f 100mm x 100mm all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge including Dismantling existing fencing wire mesh any type/size. (Note :- Height of fencing shall be measured as per standard width of roll.)

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed ( each line wire to be measured.

S & F in repair 600 mm dia concertina coil fence made up of Galvanised iron wire dia 2.50 mm coated with zinc 250 GSM with necessary arrangements all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note :- (i) Coil length - 6 m (ii) Weight per coil - 8.5 kgs (iii) Blade profile - BTO-10 & 22

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M & L 75mm thick plain Cement concrete type D- 2,1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/ floor.

M & L 40mm thick plain Cement concrete type B- 1,1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finish, finish even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces,including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in CM (1:4) complete with joints to match

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded aggregate)louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame set in CM (1:4)

Excavating in post holes ( or similar hoels ) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr.

M&L cement concrete in foundation type C 2, 1:3:6 ( 40 mm gde stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces n exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10 mm.

S&F Mild steel round bars Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M&L one coat of cement base paint including preparation of old plaster surface on walls

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified

M & L welding in repairs n. exc 2.5 cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded n exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick , set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with colour/without colour cement laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion layer complete

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block type B-1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded)masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:4), as in kerb stones complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge
