M&L for preparing the joints by taking out the existing bituminous or any other compound by chiseling from the joints,including scrubbing of joints with diamond cutter machine(Heavy duty) to remove sticking sealing compound or any other material from the sides of the joints, cleaning the joints thoroughly free from dust/bitumen/any other sealing compound with compressed air or other aproved mechanical device and applying primer suitable for sealing compound grade 'B' with using clean dry brush, filling in concrete pavement joints of with varrying 10mm to15mm with tolerance of (+) or (-) 10% and 15mm deep, filled with as per packing the entire exposed sealing compound adering the slab as per manufacturer's instructions including Marking tape 40mm wide shall be applied on both edges of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant and shall be removed after filling with sealant. Cost of the same shall be deemed included in this item complete as specified and as directed.

All as per item no.1 above but width of joint exceeding 15 mm but not exceeding 25 mm.

All as per item no.1 above but width of joint exceeding 25 mm but not exceeding 35 mm.

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint(any colour/tint) over concrete surface of runway/taxi track not exc 10cm wide or girth including preparation of surface complete with roller brush all as directed & specified.

M & L Preparation of new or previously untreated concrete/bituminous surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of thick synthetic enamel paint of white, yellow or orange shade by writing letters, figure, symbols, line etc complete with roller brush all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing and filling the preformed bitumnes based filler board of 12mm thickness by cutting/bristling to required shape to an average width of 15mm, 20mm, and 30mm for an average depth of 25mm, 35mm, 45mm joints respectively complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to concrete pavement broken edges, developed cracks as per site requirement by cutting out concrete with diamond saw cutter of concrete to square or rectangular shape with minimum 25mm wide & 20mm deep and cleaning off all loose or broken material to a distance exc 50m and nexc 100m, and cleaning the groove with broom and air compressure to get the groove free from dust grits etc and filling with epoxy resine mortar with quartz sand including form work where required after priming the surface as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(a) where the thickness is more than 5cms, epoxy resin mortar shall be applied in two layers.

M&L for preparation of old/new concrete / bituminous painted surface and applying one coat of water based road marking paint of white/yellow or orange shades as approved exc 10cm width or girth with rewriting letters, figures, symbols, lines etc with roller brush complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Break between each coat should be exc 1 month and not exc 2 month)

All as per item no 8 above but 2nd time. (Note : Break between each coat should be exc 3 month and not exc 4 month).

M&L for preparation of old/new decorated concrete/bituminous surfaces of Runway/taxi track of any descriptin and applying one coat of white washing with roller brushcomplete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of grasses of shoulders/wing areas of runway and taxi track area with mechanical grass cutter suitable for runway area with cutting upto 50 to 150mm height of grasses and removing grasses outside tech area complete all as specified and as directed.

Uprooting the grasses from joints manually and removal of grasses to a distance not exc. 250 metre complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for racking out joints upto a depth of 25mm, saw cutting the vertical sides of joints for making edges of joints straight upto the possible extent by keeping maximum width of joint 10mm to 15mm, cleaning all loose particle/dust from the joints by using brushes, compressed air, blowers etc, fixing masking tape along either side of the joints, placing back up sheet 10mm to 12mm thick in position and filled with polyurethane based sealing compound ( pitch free ) having 3mm racess from top of joint after applying suitable primer as per manufacturer's instruction and directed at site.complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 13 above but width or joint 16mm to 25mm

All as per item No 13 above but width or joint 26mm to 35mm

Taking out existing old/broken/unserviceable runway and links sign boards of any description grouted/embedded portion from ground including diswconnecting the electrical conections if any S&F powder coated alluminium frame and angle (40x40x2MM) both side printed translite with outer acrylic layer LED Modular lights with IC Module inside size 1MTS x 3MTS with M/S round pipe stand at the edtes to be grouted on ground by excavating any type of solid and providing PCC 1:2:4 at one end and the other end should be fixed with sign board by providing nut and bolts systems with SS plate 2mm thick of 60mmx16mm size including required electrical connection one complete all as specified and directed of board Size (1.0 m X 3.0m)

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details.
