The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15(fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.
Acoustic Enclosure:-
The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself with tank process. High quality acoustic must be certified as per CPCB-IV+ norms.
Sound Level :<75dBA at 1 meter distance.
Base Frame- Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator , mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

Supplying and fixing exhaust gas piping (150 MM Diameter) welded blak MS, B class pipe conforming to IS: 3589 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends , supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool / Rockwool, 50mm thick wiremesh and aluminium cladding etc. as per requirment of pollution control rooms and required as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge and manufacture recomendation.

Disconnecting cables of various sizes (240 sqmm to 25 sqmm) with gland, socket, and earthing attachments from existing Main LT Panel, withdrawing from underground/trench/wall, and relaying through a different route with earthing attachments, including reconnection to installed DG AMF Panel with gland and socket, as directed by EIC.

Painting of any steel/ iron surface with no. of coats of paints as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint

Terms & Conditions
(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc.
(ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relivent IS specifications. The DG set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.
(iii) Nacessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery fo the equipment.
(iv) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from component Authority (As per COP-II)
(v) Circuit Diagram for AMF panel must be submitted from the Manufacturer/OEM.
(vi) The entire set must be warranted at least 15 months from the date of Delivery/12 months/ 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is latter. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 2 years/5000 Hrs, whichever is earlier.
(vii) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.
(viii) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
Defect Liability period 1 (One) Year
Comprehensive Maintenance of DG Set with AMF Panel
Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Service for above 500 KVA DG set (with DG AMF Panel) including supply of original equipment materials for 4(Four) Years beyond 1(One ) Year of Defect Liability Period. Maintenance should be performed through authorized agency/ Dealer.
Service charges for annual preventive and corrective maintenance of DG set with AMF panel by deputation of Service Personnel every month and in case of breakdown to attend urgently
