Supply, delivery at site and storage of sheet steel enclosed floor mounted 415V Power Distribution Board cum Motor Control Centre comprising two incomers , Buscoupler and three 30 KW motor starter panel complete with all components including 3 (Three) nos 2mm thick CRCA Sheet Steel enclosed LPBS for 30 KW Motors. Supply, delivery at site & storage of following XLPE insulated armoured 1.1KV grade Al. conductor cables all complete :- ( Make- Any Approved Vendor of PHED )

4C, 150 sq.mm 1.1KV grade XLPE Ar. Al. cable from Supply feeder to PDB cum MCC panel.

3C, 25 sq.mm 1.1KV grade XLPE Ar. Al. cable from PDB cum MCC to 30 KW Motor {3 x (2 x 10Mtrs. Length per feeder)}

4C, 10sq.mm 1.1KV grade XLPE Ar. Al. cable from PDB to Valve Actuator.

Laying of one No. cable above 35 sqmm and upto 185 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 1.1KV grade multicore , PVC insulated 2.5sq.mm 3 Core stranded copper conductor ar.control cable for valve actuator to LPB, MCC to LPBs etc. ( Make- Any Approved Vendor of PHED )

Supply, delivery at site and storage of earthing protection materials all complete.

Installation of all items as mentioned in Part-A including supply of all erection materials, pipe supports, grouting of pump, valve supports etc. as required for installation of Pumping Machinery, including making cable jointing, cable supports & clamps etc. including laying of LT cables through permanent cable trench on GI rack/tray, earthing protection as per IE Rules. (Cost includes hire charges of generator, welding set, fuels, lubricants etc. for completion of work)

Design, manufacturing and supply of straight monorail, suitable for a load of 3 MT capacity.( Make- Any Approved Vendor of PHED )

Assembling and installation of the entire set at site on the suitable structural support by applying proper T&P and engaging adequate manpower having sufficient knowledge regarding the same work succeeded by painting the whole structure after surface preparation, priming etc. complete.

Providing removable chequered plate over the open portion of the cable trench at pump house after installaltion of the equipment as per direction of EIC and with a provision of lifting lug over the MS Chequered Plate.

Painting of the installation by two coats of enamel paints (colour to be decided by purchaser) over a coat of primer as per direction of EIC.

Trial run of the installation by providing skilled and unskilled personnel along with cleaning, sweeping as necessary with supply of consumable materials and sundries.
