Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m (One point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm (ten Square Metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all lead and lift as directed by Engineer-in-charge and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ) Any loss to the public and private propriety, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (One point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten Square Metre)on plan) in all kinds of soil. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) all earth work in cutting/ excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width , camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site(dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost).Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him at his on cost in all cases including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, wall (any thickness) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3(three) wheeled road/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand): ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm(forty milimetre) nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)1:3:6 (one Cement : three coarse sand) : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)1:4:8 (one Cement : four coarse sand) : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)1:1½:3 (One Cement: One & Half coarse sand) : Three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm,(five centimetre to twenty centimetre) in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stone work in plain ashlar in super structure upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6(One cement: six coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2(one white cement: two stone dust)with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade Both face dressed Red sand stone including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm (sixty milimetre) thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm(fifty milimetre) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm (fifty into fifty milimetre) including strengthening with 2 mm (two milimetre) dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i)Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm(four milimetre), PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm(five milimetre) in required colour and shade

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg (Nine point three eight kilogram) per 100 m(one hundred metre) (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) With G.I. barbed wire.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point nine zero litre/ ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point eight zero litre/ ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm (ten milimetre) gap for thermal expansion including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Single socketed pipes.
