Conservation of Tomb of Shamsher Khan at Shamsher Nagar, Aurangabad (Execution of Work)

Provision for taking out detoriated & decayed bricks from the ancient structure bit by bit very carefully and cleaning & disposal of fallen materials and stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material with cost of labour etc. all complete

Provision for restoration with Special size lakhori bricks (15-16 x 10-11 x 3.50-4.00 cm) {+/- 5% size} in the ancient structure including underpinning work with lime surkhi mortar in 1:1:1 mix (1 lime :1 surkhi :1 sand) with 40% new bricks with molasses including cost of the labour etc. all complete.

Provision for taking out damaged decayed lime concrete, modern brick flooring from the structure floor bit-by-bit manually very carefully without damaging the structures with all charges complete.

Provision for supply and filling in plinth/floor with sand, including watering, ramming, consolidating etc. all charges complete.

Provision for supplying and laying over burnt brick aggregate 90 mm to 45 mm including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing with material and labour charges all complete.

Providing and laying lime concrete with lime surkhi traditional mortar in 1:1:1:4 mix with 20-25 mm brick aggregate mixed with molasses in appropriate proportion with labour etc. all charges complete.

Provision for de-plastering of old damaged and decayed cement plaster including disposal of rubbish material outside monument premises with all charges complete.

Provision for plastering in 40mm in two layer of 20mm with 1:1:1:1 (1 lime: 1surkhi: 1c. sand: 1brick jeera) lime surkhi composite mortar / traditional mortar mixed with organic compound / molasses in appropriate proportion and second layer of 20mm in 1:1:1 (1lime: 1surkhi:1c.sand) lime surkhi composite mortar / traditional mortar mixed with organic compound / molasses in appropriate proportion with all charges complete.

Provision for fixing of missing stone blocks (Avg. dimension 1.50-2.00 x 0.40 x 0.20 m) around outer side verandah of the monument with labour etc. all charges complete.

Provision for fixing of stone chhajjas (of avg. size 1.50 - 1.70 x 0.50 - 0.40 x 0.06 - 0.07 m) with labour charges etc. all complete.

Provision for erection and dismantling scaffolding with wooden ballies and bamboo challi for execution of work including labour etc. all charges complete.

Provision for arrangement of wooden shisham doors with sal wood chowkhat for the main mosque to stop unwanted excess of the animals, bad elements with labour, material all charges complete as below :- (A) Wooden Shisham Door of size (1.15 x 0.90 m)

(B) Wooden Shisham Door of size (1.50 x 0.90 m)

(C) Sal Wood Chowkhat for 3 no. of gates (Approx. Volume of each - 0.032 m3)

(D) Provision for removal of vegetation growth clearance from the top portion of the structure with the help of scaffolding, ladders and re-plastering the structure after applying tree killer chemicals with all charges complete.
