Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Cement Concrete in 1:4: 8 mix using 40 mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position inild steel or ribbed tor stoel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard (MS rods or RTS rods) which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

R.C.C. 1:1.5:3-using 20mm ISS HBGS metal including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items (RCC floor slab, roff slab, Rectangular / Square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels,

Brick work in cement Mortor 1.5 (One cement and five sand) using second class Bricks of size 23 x 11.5 x 7.5 cms for the following including mixing mortar and all other labour charges etc complate

Plastering with C. M 1:5 mix, 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats using ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint inlcuding priming coat and cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete
