S & F highmast light 20 Mtr height galvanished mast made out of heavy duty Galvanised pipe section reducing from bottom to top 15 mm thick bottom plate including fixing arrangement with 20 mm dia foundation bolts grouted in PCC foundation including necessary PCC foundation including civil works complete with fixing arrangement for 6 to 9 lantern fittings symetrically fixed with their control gears and having 2 points suspension system with steel wire rope of 6 mm dia and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assemply, complete with suitable electric motor, aviation obstruction light, lighting arrester spike. (All as per OEM recomentation) comprising of the following acessories :-

(a).Fabricated, supply, install, test and commissioning LT out door total enclosed made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet dust and wormimg proof with front oppening 440 volts 3 phase 4 wire having 200 Amps capacity aluminium busbar insulated with sleeves, incomming MCCB TPN 63 Amps 440 V, 25 KV - 01 No and copper wiring with multistranded cable including timmer switch electronic type -01 No with necessary MCBs SP 10A - 6 Nos, contactors etc, cable glands, lugs and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making pedestal 300mm height from floor level with PCC work complete all as specified and directed at site. (b). Provision of wiring from panel to light fitting with singhle core 6 Sqmm copper conductor cable drawn through MS/rigid conduit with necessery fitting etc. (c). Provision of single pointed ATR with necessery fitment required for protection against lightening protection (Earthing shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and fix IP65 PDC floodlight aesthetically designed with better thermal management. Heat resistant tempered glass for protection with 5KV surge protection, applicable for large area lighting complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep & not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide & getting out all for laying electric power cable in soft loose soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft disintegrated rock.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supplying & laying dry clean sand in trenches for cushioning of U/G cable including spreading, leveing etc complete.

Material and labour for 40 to 50 mm thick roughly hammer dressed stone 25 to 30 cm wide and not less than 60 cm long, laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exc. 10 mm for protection of UG cable for protection.

Material & Laying of XLPE/ PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured, aluminium conductor LT under ground cable of size 2 core 10 Sq mm including necessery connection, testing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Laying of XLPE/ PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured, aluminium conductor LT under ground cable of size 4 core 16 Sq mm including necessery connection, testing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessery machine all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F GI Tube of dia 50 MM, 'light grad',galvanised,with all fitting; laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made sheet metal enclosure of size 25CMx25CMx20CM outdoor type front side openable made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for mounting of acceessories duly painted with epoxy seanthatic paint 2 coat over a one coat of redoxide paint and mounted on wall including opening and cable gland for all out going and incomming cable suitable to accommodate the following controls. (A) MCCB FP 63A 415V - 01 in Nos Note : MCCB Will be measured and paid seperately.

S&F ON load change over switch with Sheet metal enclosure front handle operated 63 A 4 pole 415 Volts, AC 50 Hz conforming to IS 13947 (part-3) complete all as specified and directed. Cat part No :IHCFFEO063 Make : Havells or its equivalent in Legrand/ STD/ L&T

Supply and fixing MCCB FP 63A Amps breaking capacity 25 KA. Make - Schneider Cat No LV510315 or equivalent in Siemens.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed.
