CAMOUFLAGING PAINTING TO CERTAIN OPERATIONAL ASSETS/ BUILDINGS IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN ADAMPUR

M&L for exterior acrylic emulsion on PQC surfaces in disruptive / camouflaging pattern of six / four shades comprising the following activities complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (i) Preparation of old PQC surfaces by mechanised sander having RPM of minimum 1200 having vacuum bag. (ii) Applying two coats of water based exterior acrylic emulsion as in base coat over a coat of primer. (iii) Applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion in disruptive / camouflaging pattern of six / four shades in Tattoos only. (Camouflage pattern shall be approved by Stn Auth).

M&L for exterior acrylic emulsion on old wall surfaces in disruptive / camouflaging pattern of six / four shades comprising the following activities complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Preparation of old wall surfaces for height upto 12.00 Mtr. (ii) Applying two coats of water based exterior acrylic emulsion as in base coat over a coat of primer. (iii) Applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion in disruptive / camouflaging pattern of six / four shades in tatoos only (Camouflage pattern shall be approved by Stn Auth).

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces including removing the existing treatment with mechanical scraper on old surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing existing treatment and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel/iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of steel surfaces and disruptive/camouflaging pattern of six / four shades (in tatoos only) over coat of steel base paint surface on the entire old steel surface, for height upto 12.00 metre complete all as specified. (Camouflage pattern shall be approved by Stn Auth).

M&L for Synthetic enamel paint on old roof steel sheets / old APP Roof surfaces of any type in disruptive / camouflaging pattern of six / four shades comprising the following activities due to change of existing colour scheme/pattern complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Preparation of old roof surfaces for height not exceeding 12.00 Mtr by mechanised sander having RPM of minimum 1200 having vacuum bag. (ii) Applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint as base coat over a coat of red oxide primer over steel or iron surfaces by auto roller / spray machine (iii) Applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint in disruptive / camouflaging pattern of six / four shades in Tattoos only. (Camouflage pattern shall be approved by Stn Auth).

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4) including taking down existing cement plaster, any description on walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new plaster wall surfaces of any description complete all as specified and applying the following: - a) Applying wall care putty 1mm thick , in two coats & smoothening the surfaces as specified. (preparatory to paint as directed).complete all as specified upto 12.00 Mtr height . (b) Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over and including a coat of water based exterior primer in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of six/four shades complete all as specified and directed.(Camouflage pattern shall be approved by Stn Auth).
