Routine maintenance of Bharat Sanchar Bhawan BSNL CO at Janpath and BSNL Inspection quarters under jurisdiction of BSNL Civil sub division New Delhi for the period Six Months i e March 2026 to August 2026

Subhead-I: Day-to-Day operation of Civil Service Centre

Providing plumbing repair services for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings. The work shall mainly include repairs to broken G.I.pipe,repairs/replacement of stop cock, bib cock, pillar cock,ball cock and other miscellaneous works related to plumbing work. The nature of work allotted shall be such that can be handled by one plumber/ fitter (1st class). T&P shall be arranged by the contractor.

Providing sewer maintenance services for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings. The work shall mainly include cleaning and opening of chocked main hole, W.C. pots, surface drains, sewer line and other such miscellaneous works. The nature of work allotted shall be such that can be handled by one sewerman (1st class). T&P shall be arranged by the contractor.

Providing carpentry/wood work repair services for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings. The work shall mainly include repairs to doors, windows, ventilators, frames, shutters replacement of glass panes and other miscellaneous works related to carpentry work. The nature of works allotted shall be such that can be handled by one carpenter (Ist class). T & P shall be arranged by the contractor.

Extra for making arrangements of a helper/beldar in addition to skilled workers for assisting in plumbing/carpentry/sewer maintenance works. This items shall be paid for on a per day basis, in case the complaints to be attended in items 1,2 & 3 are such that it cannot be attended to by single skilled worker. the decision of the Engineer-in-Charge regarding whether an extra helper is required for maintenance on a particular day will final and binding on the contractor.

Providing Enquiry Clerk/Computer Operator (skilled) at Enquiry office for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings. The work shall mainly attending telephone calls, receiving requisition attending of allotty s and helping of keeping of records work and other other miscellaneous works related to manage of enquiry labour. The nature of work allotted shall be such that can be handled by skilled (knowledge full) persion and he have good manner.

Providing welding services (one welder with an assistant), along with all T&P such as welding machine, generator, welding rods etc. for eight hours. As and when sufficient welding works for one day have accumulated, the contractor shall be directed to provide this service. The material if any required (other than T&P and welding rods) shall be provided by BSNL. The contractor shall have to make his own arrangements for movement of T&P among the various buildings or in the same building/ compund.

Providing unskilled labour due to working as a Pantry boy/ office attendant in regular basis of Board room/ Conference hall etc. work execute as per the job specifications, direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

(Note:- 1) The payment shall be made to the labour/staff through cheque/UPI/NEFT and any other electronic medium.) on or before 07th day of every month. 2) Contractor should follow the minimum wage orders issued time to time by the Central Govt./ Delhi Govt. whichever is higher) 3) Contractor must have EPF and ESI numbers. 4) Contractor must have to make necessary arrangement of transportation to labour for going to inspection quarters at various places in Delhi. 5) Any labour may be send to other offices as and when required as per instruction of SDE(C)/EE(C). 6) No Reimbursement of EPF & ESI shall be made to the Contractor. 7) Note In case of non supply of labour as specified /directd to Sewa Kendra double market rate(as specified by Delhi Govt) recovery shall be made as per current Delhi Govt rates.

Subhead-II: Material for Day-to-Day Maintenance

Supplying the following items at civil service centre (civil enquiry). The preference amongst the various alternative materials shall be as defined in the Additional conditions and specifications of contract.

Supplying zinc alloy die-cast chrome finish front multi drawer lock with adjustable locking pins and key removable in locked and unlocked positions of approved quality and manufacture (Ebco's Multi Drawer Lock FM 580 or its equivalent make in Hardwyn/Hettich)

Subhead-III: Miscellaneous Civil Works

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Subhead-IV: Credit Items

Credit for unserviceable dismantled material recovered after dismantling (on as is where is basis)

a) M.S. scrap (such as M.S. angles, tees, flats, bar and like)

(b) Brass scrap (including C.P.Brass taps, ball cock rods, brass waste etc.)

(c) Aluminium scraps (such as door /window fittings etc.)

(d) PVC / Plastic scrap (such as PTMT , PVC pipe pieces, old cistern etc.)

Note: 1.The contractor shall submit all documents at time of submitting the tenders otherwise bid will be summarily rejected. 2. The various supply of material items mentioned under Subhead-II shall be supplied completely @ 100% within 15 Days from the date of start work. 3. Subhead-I, III & IV will be executed only after satisfactorily execution/completion of Subhead-II i.e. Material for Day-to-Day Maintenance. 4. The penalty @ Rs.2500/- for each day delay, in supplying of material items, will be imposed on to the contractor and will be deducted from the bill. 5. The contractor shall adhere with brand/make of material wherever mentioned against items. 6. The equivalent brand/make shall be considered with supporting documents only if the same is not available in the market. 7. If the rate of equivalent make material is more/less than 5% variation, then suitable rate adjustment will be done accordingly
