Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type.

S & F chain link fencing of 4mm dia Galvanised wire having box made by wires 0f 100mm x 100mm all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Dismantling posts and struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes ( or similar hoels ) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr complete.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for post etc.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, wind ties, etc.; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide 0r zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed ( each line wire to be measured.

Demolition of stone or brick masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

M & L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius using old size brick built in CM 1:4

M&L walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 all as specified

All as per item No 14 above but except in stone.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster/ tiles of any descrption on PCC/ stone surface/ brick surfaces of wall or ceiling including raking outs joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M & L rendering 15mm thick on stone/brick masonary surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even other than fair faces all complete all as specified

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and cenching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth with using extra cement

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over and incl a coat of primering complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M & L Non skid cermic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick joint free (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 10mm thick rendering on stone masonary surface or surface other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4

S & F framed work such as grills,iron door with iron sheet including door handles and locking arrangements complete , Angle iron door frame with holdfasts including hinges and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as specified .

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M & L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection.

M & L 75mm Cement concrete type D- 2,1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to floor.

M & L 50mm Cement concrete type B- 2,1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floor.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block type B-1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded)masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:4), as in kerb stones complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Demolition of Concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed by engr in charge

M & L for precast cement concrete Type B-0, (1:2:4) (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:4) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame including dismantling.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with colour/without colour cement laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion layer complete

All as per item No 36 above but except tiles

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick , set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with colour/without colour cement laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion layer complete
