M&L for lacquer coated coloured chequred cement concrete tiles of size 200mm x 200mm x 25 mm/ 300 x 300mm x 25 mm thick as in pavement/footpath/trade/riser, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment laid over and including screed bed/bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 4 above but on vertical surface such as skirting/risers of steps, path etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement laid over and including 1omm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in CM (1:6) on the surface of stone masonry, finished even & fair with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed
