REPAIR/MAINT OF LT PANELS / FEEDER PILLAR BOX AND CONNECTED WORK AT MD ACCOMMODATION AND OTM OF ZONE A UNDER GE(U) BATHINDA.

Taking down old unserviceable LT panel of any discription and size including demolition of PCC foundation and all connected accessories such as MCCB/Cubical type switch /Measuring instruments /indicating lamps etc complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT feeder pillar box of any discription and size including demolition of PCC foundation and all connected accessories complete all as directed.

Supply and fix of LT feeder piller box factory made cubical type size 60x40x30 cm (panel box size), 415 volts, factory made dust and vermin proof for outdoor use made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick with single door, with suitable incoming and outgoing, suitable size of angle iron legs duly powder coated and fixed in position in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, as per manufacturer instruction complete all as directed including provision of following accessory/components housed in it :- (i) 250 Amp rated aluminium bus bar with PVC slieve supported on insulator : 01 set (set of 04 bus bars)

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of feeder piller boxes/panels/boards of any description and in any position including removal of faded & deteriorated paint either by hand scrapping or by blow lamps, applying necessary filler coat on scrapping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (grey in colour) by using spray machine complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Aluminium bus bar 630 Amp capacity in existing LT panel/feeder piller etc including provision of insulation tape RYB in colour and holes, nuts & bolts complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required by using 25mm x 4 mm GI strip complete all as directed.

Cutting of road, demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving thickness not exceeding 15 cm (below or above ground level) , taking out old LT under ground cable and pipe of any size any description and providing the new cable and pipe and make good the surface by using PCC (1:2:4) Type -B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates for matching the existing surfaces complete all as directed.

Demolitiong of old earth pit and Material and Labour for earthing with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32mm X 6 mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI Medium grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh,RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I. complete all as directed. Note:- PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply and fix in repair LT Air circuit breaker microprocessor release 4 pole 415 volts 50 Hz, 65 KA, Manual draw out type 800 Amp capacity complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volts of capacity 630 Amps, breaking capacity not less than 50 KA, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting, Ics=100% Icu conforming to IEC-947, IS-13947 including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers including making incoming, outgoing connections complete all as directed.

Cutting/trimming of tree branches upto 1.50 metre distance on both sides of LT over head lines including collection and removal from road complete all as directed.

Opening /disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out underground LT cable of any size 2 to 4 core from main switch/DB/junction box / LT panel/ L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch/DB/Junctionbox/LT panel/O/H line complete all as directed. Note:- (I) the cost of required earth work excavation,returning filling,relaying of sand/bricks and cost of drawing the required length from protection pipe ,breaking of required brick work/plaster/concrete and redoing the required cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra should be paid on this account.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE / PVC cable of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of brick layer of cable protection complete all as directed. Note : Earth work will be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item.

Laying only old serviceable under ground PVC/XLPE LT cable of any grade , any size laid in trenches / fixed to wall / pole / roof / laid in floor including necessary connections and thimbling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour sand cushioning using clean Fine River sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Laying only old serviceable bricks for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair indicator lamp in differenet colour code LED/Neon type (as per sample) (RYB) including wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as directed.

Repair to LT panel board body by replacing MS sheet of existing gauge size and shape for door shutter/body of feeder piller, including replacement of broken hinges complete all as directed.
