PERIODICAL SERVICES TO SECURITY WALL/ COMPOUND WALL INCLUDING GATE AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN ZONE A UNDER GE (AF) TECH AREA AT AF STN AGRA

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5.0 Km all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendaring 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on external surface of wall mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture instruction on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperatly)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked)

M&L for preparation of new surface of walls (external surfaces) and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including all pot holes / cracks to be filled by putty, as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old wall surface wall / roof projections including facia, cornices etc with machenical sander (having machenical vaccum machanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of walls (external surfaces) and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including all pot holes / crackes to be filled by putty and as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prepararing old decorated steel surfaces N. Exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

S&F in repair concertina coil 1050mm dia (in stretched position), hot dip galvanised steel wire coated with CLR anty corrosive paint, making diamond shape with the help of dove tail clips (18 SWG), fixed on existing angle iron / precast RCC fencing post with and including binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.
