Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

Tenderers must go through conditions of contract attached with this tender which is published in Kannada Language (Nudi Software) before quoting the rates and should abide to the conditions.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The Tenderer should submit the scanned copy of the last 5 years balance sheet indicating the civil work contract receipts duty certified and to submit the balance sheet indicating the contract receipts certified by the chartered accountant with UDIN No/Auditor & Tax consultant with their registration no as per the IT guidelines who ever is applicable the Contractors should have Registration of GST.

As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund and Contractors should Follow strictly prevailing rules of labour act

A qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should furnish qualification information as per section 3 of Standard Tender Document attached to this tender. and also upload Scan copy of pan card, Valid GST registration certificate & also upload address proof certificate(Aadhar Card/DL/Pass port etc..) contractor should mention valid Email ID ,communication Address, Phone Number properly

The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. The tender fee is non-refundable and The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP portal.

Only Original documents to be scanned and uploaded, Executive Engineer reserves the right to verify the Original Documents before approval, original documents/Certificate for qualification shall be produced when called for during evaluation of tender.

All the Formats prescribed in the bid Documents shall be filled in Complete manner

As per Government order FD 447 EXP-12 2022 dated 30/07/2022, 18% GST will be added to the Contract amount separately. and Increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of Contract for which the Contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

Estimate rates are excluding GST as per Common SR 2023-24 Continued to 2025-26and prevailing GST (18% of Amount Put to Tender) amount is kept in form of Lump sum in sanctioned estimate according to guidelines in Common SR (GO:PWD 51 RDF 2019Bangaluru Dt:18.03.2022). Therefore amount put to Tender and ECV amount are excluding GST. KPPP-PORTAL format has No Options to add GST Separately at the stage of Draft Tender Schedule Process. For Over ALL amount put to tender, tender has been inviting through an Option with INCLUSIVE. but the item wise rates do not include GST. Hence, GST will be paid separately for the quoted amount accordingly. Declaration Certificate must be attached mandatorily.

The Employer reserves the rights to accept any Tender and to reject any or all Tenders asper Standard Tender Document Clause 22.

Bidder should upload the bid capacity calculated as per Standard Bid Document, tender condition, The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. False representations in the statements leads to disqualification of the tender as per clause 3.1

In the case of the death of the contractor after executing the agreement / commencement of the work, his legal heir, if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing can execute and compete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work.

The contractor should be responsible for all deduction of the labours wages as per the Labour Act. The Public Works Department will not be held responsible for the same.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 (a) achieved in at least two financial years an Average of annual Financial Turn over (in all Clauses of Civil Engineering Construction Works only) of Rs.10.20 Lakhs, (in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only)

For the above item of work/Services, the agency work here by bounded to pay the wages not less than the minimum labour wages act rate along with payable prevailing statutory allowances like ESI, EPF.. as prescribed by Labour Department from time to time for the person deployed to accomplish the work/Services

The Salary of the persons displayed for accomplishing the work /services has to be paid mandatory in time within 5th of every month with out fail.

The tenderer should be a KPWD Class-IV & above registered Contractor.
