Rendering essential services of chilled water type central AC Plant at Mag No 07, NAD (for three shifts 0600 hrs to 1400 Hrs, 1400 Hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) for all the seven days in a week including operation of connected items such as main switch, starter, changeover switch, MCCB, Voltmeter, Ammeter, panel board, Air handling unit, cooling tower, condenser water pump, valve system, controlling condenser, refrigerant line, adjusting expansion valve, refrigerant valve, bypass valve, daily checking leakage, checking noise, controlling temperature, humidity, water level in cooling tower, daily maintenance of plant, cleaning etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes for Item No 01 to 03 :- (a) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/concerned state government/local body whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF, contribution to ESIC, contribution of Bonus and LWC under respective headings/sub items. In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non bonafide/invalid, shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest bidder shall be determined from the valid /bonafide bids only. (b) Quotations with 'Nil' or 'Zero' consideration (overhead and profit) shall be considered as non bonafide. (c) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes cess levies as applicable including GST (d) The prevailing rate/wage/contribution shall be as applicable on the bid submission end date.

(e) Duty roster to be prepared in triplicate for every month.

(f) Daily maintenance all as per manufacturer's instruction including greasing, lubricating etc, shall be carried out and the unit rates against the item shall be deemed to include the cost of items required for daily maintenance of minor nature except given herein after.

(g) Log sheet of each installations shall be maintained separately and shall be signed by operator including daily running hours and maintenance carried out, consumption of grease, lubricants, DHPP etc shall be maintained by the contractor in the installation and same will be checked by contractor and the Engr-in-Charge periodically and daily by JE.

(h) Cleaning of the cooling coil, tower, AHU, Complete cleaning of all parts with brush, washing powder, refit all parts after cleaning. The cleaning shall be carried out twice in whole contract period as directed. The same shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

(j) The contractor is responsible for safe custody of AC plant.

(k) The contractor has to provide proper uniform to the operator without any extra cast to the department.

(l) The operator is responsible for operate the Gen set of AC plant during interruption of current and daily maintenance of DG set and rate quoted is deemed to be included.

(m) The contractor will be whole responsible if operator found absent during shift, payment will not be made/paid for the shift if the plant/Installation is running.
