For works amounting above Rs. 50 lakhs. :- The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V = Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N = Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contract turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderer shall submit requisite information as per Annexure XIII along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

| Metal beam crash barrier - double W single side:- Providing and erecting W metal beam 02 nos barrier comprising of 2 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail on 1.50 m high channel post (150x75x4 mm) above ground level and 1.20 m below ground level, spaced 2.0 m centre to centre. All steel parts, all fittings and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process conforming to IS 4759, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post complete. | Supply of Welded Mesh Panel fencing (powder coated material 80 micron) specification as per provided below. (Rate including GST & amp. Contractor profit). Raw material G.I wire (4mm dia) mesh size 50x200 mm non uniform as per Drg. No. DRM/HWH 250-2025 and panel size 1600 mm x 2700 mm must be manufactured from wire rods rolled only from secondary refined steel (at least LRF treated). Wire rods should strictly confirm with the requirement of IS 7887 and IS 280. Only hot dip galvanized wire should be used in making the fencing product. Zinc used for galvanizing should be of at least 99.95% purity for better corrosion resistance. In the galvanizing process, the zinc bath should be free from addition of lead. GI wire used should have a secondary coating of organic/inorganic nature with thickness not more than 5 microns. Secondary coating should be completely non hazardous to humans and animals. Should be free from Chromium and other heavy metal such as lead, mercury, Arsenic and amp. Cadmium. When tested as per ASTM B117, secondary coated GI wire should display time to reach 5% red rust, at least two time that of normal GI wire of same Zn coating level. Powder coated fence post (RAL 6005) with 80 micron thickness of dimension SHS 72 x 72 x 3.2 mm and length 2200 mm (GI RHS - 120 GSM) with spider clamps, anchor rods and SS 304 mushroom carriage nut bolt with security nut to be supplied along with hot dip galvanized anchor rods. Powder coating must withstand 1000 hours of salt spray test. Erection of fencing including all fittings, fixing and excluding the foundation of Civil Works. (Rate including GST & amp.
