Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms leveling up to grade , lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lift to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of form work in :- foundation and plinth within all leads and lift to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge .

Providing and laying in position cement design mix M30 in foundation and plinth within all leads and lift and to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing with design mix M30 within all leads and lift and to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.within all leads and lift and to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.within all leads and lift & to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge
